中原科技学院（Zhongyuan Institute of Science and Technology）是经教育部批准成立的普通本科高校，其前身是2003年成立的河南师范大学新联学院，2021年2月转设为中原科技学院。学校现有郑州、许昌两个校区，占地面积3504亩，现有全日制在校生34834人。

Zhongyuan Institute of Science and Technology is an ordinary undergraduate university approved by the Ministry of Education. Its predecessor was Xinlian College of Henan Normal University, founded in 2003, and was transformed into Zhongyuan Institute of Science and Technology in February 2021. The university has two campuses in Zhengzhou and Xuchang, covering an area of 3504 mu, with 34,834 full-time students.

学校先后荣获“中国综合实力民办高校”“河南高等教育高质量发展十佳领军院校”“河南省实力院校”“中原经济区建设最佳服务高校”“最具社会影响力民办高校”“河南省诚信文明办学单位”“河南省本科高校第六轮公共艺术教育评估一类院校”等荣誉称号，先后3次获评“河南省优秀民办学校”，3次获评“省级平安校园”。

The university has successively won honorary titles such as "China's Comprehensive Strength Private University", "Top Ten Leading Colleges for High-quality Development of Higher Education in Henan", "Henan Provincial Strength College", "Best Service University for the Construction of Central Plains Economic Zone", "Most Socially Influential Private University", "Henan Provincial Integrity and Civilized School-running Unit", "Class I College in the Sixth Round of Public Art Education Evaluation of Henan Provincial Undergraduate Universities", and has been awarded "Henan Provincial Excellent Private School" three times and "Provincial Safe Campus" three times.
