郑州城建职业学院是经河南省人民政府批准成立、教育部备案的民办非营利性高等职业院校，位于郑州市中原西路6号，规划占地4500余亩，已建建筑面积40万平方米。学校设有马克思主义学院、信息工程学院、建筑工程学院等12个教学单位，开设有计算机应用技术、建筑工程技术、护理等32个专业，致力于培养适应新型城镇化和现代化产业发展的高素质技术技能人才。

Zhengzhou Urban Construction Vocational College is a private non-profit higher vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Located at No. 6 Zhongyuan West Road, Zhengzhou City, it covers a planned area of over 4,500 mu with a completed construction area of 400,000 square meters. The college has 12 teaching units including the School of Marxism, School of Information Engineering, and School of Civil Engineering, offering 32 majors such as Computer Application Technology, Construction Engineering Technology, and Nursing, dedicated to cultivating high-quality technical talents adapting to new urbanization and modern industrial development.

学校坚持“质量立校、人才强校、特色兴校、文化塑校”办学理念，依托企业办学优势，组建了一支师德高尚、结构合理的“双师型”师资队伍，现有教职工800余人，高级职称教师占比21.7%，博士、硕士学历教师占比62.5%。图书馆建筑面积4.6万平方米，馆藏图书约70万册，各类现代化教学实训设施完善，为学生成长成才提供有力保障。
