郑州电子信息职业技术学院创建于1987年，是经河南省人民政府批准、教育部备案设立的普通高职院校，为河南省政府规划的升本高校。学院地处郑州都市区、郑州航空港区、中原经济区三区叠加发展区域，承担着为郑州国家中心城市及周边产业园区培养高技能人才的任务，被誉为“技师、工程师、企业家的摇篮”。

Zhengzhou Professional Technical Institute of Electronic & Information was founded in 1987. It is a public vocational college approved by the Henan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education, and is planned by the Henan Provincial Government to be upgraded to an undergraduate institution. Located in the overlapping development area of Zhengzhou Metropolitan Area, Zhengzhou Airport Economic Zone, and Central Plains Economic Zone, the college undertakes the task of cultivating high-skilled talents for Zhengzhou National Central City and surrounding industrial parks, and is known as "the cradle of technicians, engineers, and entrepreneurs".

学院下设电子工程、信息工程、机电工程等多个教学单位，开设电子信息工程技术、人工智能技术应用、工业机器人技术等51个专业，其中电子信息工程技术为河南省品牌专业。校园占地面积955.6亩，建有81个实验实训室，教学设备总值近亿元，图书馆藏书百万余册，形成了以电子信息、智能制造为特色的办学体系。

The college has multiple teaching units including Electronic Engineering, Information Engineering, and Mechanical and Electrical Engineering, offering 51 majors such as Electronic Information Engineering Technology, Artificial Intelligence Technology Application, and Industrial Robot Technology. Among them, Electronic Information Engineering Technology is a brand major in Henan Province. The campus covers an area of 955.6 mu, with 81 experimental training rooms, teaching equipment worth nearly 100 million yuan, and a library with over one million books, forming a school-running system featuring electronic information and intelligent manufacturing.

办学30余年来，学院先后荣获“全国先进职业院校”“河南省高等职业教育特色院校”等称号，累计培养十万余名毕业生，多数成为企业技术骨干或管理人才，毕业生就业率连续多年保持在较高水平，为区域经济社会发展提供了有力的人才支撑。

Over more than 30 years of running the school, the college has successively won titles such as "National Advanced Vocational College" and "Henan Provincial Higher Vocational Education Characteristic College". It has cultivated more than 100,000 graduates, most of whom have become enterprise technical backbones or management talents. The employment rate of graduates has remained at a high level for many years, providing strong talent support for regional economic and social development.
