The college has established five characteristic professional groups: Digital Technology Application, Aircraft Technology Application, Smart Health Care, Smart康养, and Smart Rail Transit, offering programs such as Artificial Intelligence Technology Application, UAV Application Technology, Nursing, Traditional Chinese Medicine Rehabilitation Technology, and Railway Transportation Operation Management.

学院注重产教融合与实践教学，与多家企业开展深度合作，推行订单式培养模式，建有专业实训中心等教学设施，现有专任教师175人，其中高级职称占比33%，双师型教师占比32%，致力于培养适应产业需求的高素质技术技能人才。
