郑州商贸旅游职业学院（Zhengzhou Vocational College of Commerce & Tourism），简称“郑商旅院”，是经河南省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案成立的民办高等职业院校，集科技、商贸、艺术、金融和旅游等于一体，具有独立颁发国家高等教育学历证书资格，纳入全国统一招生计划的全日制综合性普通高等职业院校。学校以“厚德博学、日新月异”为校训，曾荣获全国百强民办学校、省级特色学校、河南省旅游行业岗位培训基地等称号，是中国旅游教育协会常务理事单位、河南省旅游协会等多个协会的理事单位。

Zhengzhou Vocational College of Commerce & Tourism, referred to as "Zhengshang Lvyuan", is a private higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Henan Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It integrates technology, commerce, art, finance and tourism, and is qualified to independently issue national higher education diplomas. It is a full-time comprehensive ordinary higher vocational college included in the national unified enrollment plan. With the school motto of "Virtue, Erudition, and Ever-changing", the school has been awarded titles such as National Top 100 Private School, Provincial Characteristic School, and Henan Tourism Industry Job Training Base. It is an executive director unit of China Tourism Education Association and a director unit of many associations such as Henan Tourism Association.

截至2023年1月，学校建有郑州（中原校区）和新密两个校区，总占地面积1070.06亩，建筑面积164214平方米，教学科研仪器设备价值4590.58万元，图书馆藏书100余万册。现有在校生11553人、成教生5035人，专任教师624人，其中研究生及以上学历182人。学校设有财经商贸学院、人文旅游学院、人工智能学院等多个二级学院，开设旅游管理、酒店管理、人工智能技术服务等50余个专业，形成了以商贸、旅游为特色，多学科协调发展的专业体系。

As of January 2023, the school has two campuses: Zhengzhou (Zhongyuan Campus) and Xinmi, with a total area of 1070.06 mu, a building area of 164,214 square meters, teaching and research instruments and equipment worth 45.9058 million yuan, and a library with more than 1 million books. There are 11,553 current students, 5,035 adult education students, and 624 full-time teachers, including 182 with graduate degrees or above. The school has multiple secondary colleges such as the School of Finance and Commerce, the School of Humanities and Tourism, and the School of Artificial Intelligence, offering more than 50 majors such as tourism management, hotel management, and artificial intelligence technology services, forming a professional system with commerce and tourism as characteristics and multi-disciplinary coordinated development.
