川北幼儿师范高等专科学校是经四川省人民政府批准成立的公办全日制普通高等专科学校。学校前身为发端于1902年、创办于1937年的四川省广元师范学校，是受国家教委表彰的全国百所先进师范学校之一，具有百年师范办学传统，人文气息浓郁，文化积淀丰厚。

Chuanbei Preschool Education College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province. Its predecessor was Sichuan Guangyuan Normal School, which originated in 1902 and was founded in 1937. It is one of the 100 advanced normal schools in China commended by the State Education Commission, with a century-old tradition of normal education, rich humanistic atmosphere and profound cultural accumulation.

学校坐落于女皇故里、剑门蜀道、全国最宜居城市——四川广元，校园依山傍水、清新典雅、环境优美。学校肩负“幼有良教，教有良师”的神圣使命，秉承“学高身正、志远行端”的校训准则，培育“以教明德、以文化人”的幼专文化，形成了“幼教职教并重、人文艺术交融、职前职后贯通”的办学格局。现设有五院两部，开设学前教育、小学教育等26个大专专业，全日制在校学生9000余人，教职工500余人，其中教授、副教授113人，硕博士276人。

The school is located in Guangyuan, Sichuan, the hometown of the Empress, the Jianmen Shu Road, and one of the most livable cities in China. The campus is surrounded by mountains and rivers, fresh and elegant, with a beautiful environment. The school shoulders the sacred mission of "good education for children and good teachers for education", adheres to the school motto of "learned and upright, ambitious and upright", and cultivates the preschool college culture of "cultivating virtue through teaching and educating people through culture", forming a school-running pattern of "equal emphasis on preschool education and vocational education, integration of humanities and arts, and connection between pre-service and post-service". It now has five colleges and two departments, offering 26 college majors such as preschool education and primary education, with more than 9,000 full-time students and more than 500 faculty members, including 113 professors and associate professors, and 276 masters and doctors.

学校教学科研成果丰硕，近年来申报立项国家级课题6项，省部级课题150余项，出版学术专著和主编教材166部，发表学术论文1000余篇。学生参加各类专业技能大赛获国家级、省级以上奖励累计200余项，2018年代表四川参加全国学前教育专业技能大赛荣获一等奖，校团委荣获“全国五四红旗团委”称号，毕业生就业率连年保持在95%以上。

The school has achieved fruitful results in teaching and scientific research. In recent years, it has applied for 6 national-level projects and more than 150 provincial and ministerial-level projects, published 166 academic monographs and edited textbooks, and published more than 1,000 academic papers. Students have won more than 200 national and provincial awards in various professional skills competitions. In 2018, they represented Sichuan in the National Preschool Education Professional Skills Competition and won the first prize. The school Youth League Committee was awarded the title of "National May Fourth Red Flag Youth League Committee", and the employment rate of graduates has remained above 95% for years.
