昌吉职业技术学院是2001年6月经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等职业院校，位于天山北坡经济带核心区昌吉市，现有高新产业开发区主校区和延安北路分校区，总占地面积981亩，建筑面积31.5万平方米。

Changji Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and registered with the Ministry of Education in June 2001. Located in Changji City, the core area of the northern slope economic belt of the Tianshan Mountains, it has two campuses: the main campus in the High-tech Industrial Development Zone and the branch campus on Yan'an North Road, covering a total area of 981 mu with a building area of 315,000 square meters.

学院以工科、医学为特色，开设智能制造、医药卫生、新能源等67个专业，其中国家级骨干专业4个、教育部现代学徒制试点专业4个，拥有400余个校内外实训基地，包括中德智能制造中心、比亚迪新能源汽车实训基地等。现有在校生1.7万余人，教职工697人，形成了"校企合作、产教融合"的鲜明办学特色，先后获评全国职业教育先进单位、国家级高技能人才培训基地。

With engineering and medicine as its characteristics, the college offers 67 majors including intelligent manufacturing, medical and health care, and new energy, among which there are 4 national-level key majors and 4 pilot majors of the Ministry of Education's modern apprenticeship system. It has more than 400 on-campus and off-campus training bases, including the Sino-German Intelligent Manufacturing Center and BYD New Energy Vehicle Training Base. Currently, it has over 17,000 students and 697 faculty members, forming a distinctive school-running feature of "school-enterprise cooperation and integration of production and education". It has been awarded the National Advanced Unit in Vocational Education and National High-skilled Talents Training Base.
