重庆水利电力职业技术学院（Chongqing Water Resources and Electric Engineering College）是经重庆市人民政府批准、教育部备案的公办全日制普通高等学校，始建于1964年，历经江津地区水利电力学校、永川地区水利电力学校、重庆市水利电力学校等发展阶段，2004年升格为全日制普通高等专科学校。学校是国家级高技能人才培训基地、教育部现代学徒制试点单位、全国水利高等职业教育示范院校、全国优质水利高等职业院校、重庆市双高院校，拥有重庆市博士后科研工作站、市级技能大师工作室等教学科研平台。

Chongqing Water Resources and Electric Engineering College is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Founded in 1964, it has evolved through stages such as Jiangjin Regional Water Conservancy and Electric Power School, Yongchuan Regional Water Conservancy and Electric Power School, and Chongqing Water Conservancy and Electric Power School. In 2004, it was upgraded to a full-time ordinary higher vocational college. The college is a national high-skilled talent training base, a pilot unit of the Ministry of Education's modern apprenticeship system, a national demonstration college for water conservancy vocational education, a national high-quality water conservancy higher vocational college, and a Chongqing "Double High-Level" college, with teaching and research platforms including Chongqing Postdoctoral Research Workstation and municipal-level skill master studios.

学校位于重庆市永川区，占地面积936亩，现有教职工879人，其中高级职称专任教师186人，双师型教师455人，博士45人。开设高职教育专业44个，面向全国28个省（市、区）招生，在校生1.52万人。重点打造水利、电力、建筑等特色专业群，拥有国家级骨干专业2个、中央财政支持重点建设专业2个、重庆市双高专业群2个。近年来，学生获国家级职业技能竞赛奖项197项次，毕业生就业率持续保持在97%以上，用人单位满意度超95%。

Located in Yongchuan District, Chongqing, the college covers an area of 936 mu (62.4 hectares) and has 879 faculty members, including 186 full-time teachers with senior titles, 455 "double-qualified" teachers, and 45 doctors. It offers 44 higher vocational education programs, enrolls students from 28 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) across the country, and has 15,200 students. The college focuses on building characteristic professional groups such as water conservancy, electric power, and architecture, with 2 national-level key majors, 2 key construction majors supported by central finance, and 2 Chongqing "Double High-Level" professional groups. In recent years, students have won 197 national-level vocational skills competition awards, the employment rate of graduates has remained above 97%, and the satisfaction rate of employers has exceeded 95%.

学校深化产教融合，牵头组建西部水利水电行业产教融合共同体，与500余家企业建立合作关系，共建产业学院6个，其中国家级示范产教融合项目1个。先后获评全国水利文明单位、全国水情教育基地、重庆市文明校园、重庆市职业教育产教融合先进单位等荣誉称号，为水利电力行业和区域经济社会发展培养了大批高素质技术技能人才。

The college deepens industry-education integration, takes the lead in establishing the Western Water Conservancy and Hydropower Industry-education Integration Community, has established cooperative relations with more than 500 enterprises, and co-built 6 industrial colleges, including 1 national-level demonstration industry-education integration project. It has been awarded honors such as National Water Conservancy Civilized Unit, National Water Situation Education Base, Chongqing Civilized Campus, and Chongqing Advanced Unit for Vocational Education Industry-education Integration, cultivating a large number of high-quality technical and skilled talents for the water conservancy and electric power industry and regional economic and social development.
