重庆城市管理职业学院是由重庆市人民政府举办、国家民政部与重庆市人民政府共建的公办全日制普通高等学校，创办于1984年，前身为国家民政部重庆民政学校，2006年更现名。学校是全国文明校园、中国特色高水平专业群（A档）建设单位，拥有大学城和荣昌两个校区，占地近1800亩，在校生15000余人，开设50个专科专业，其中国家级重点建设专业25个，建有1个国家级职业教育示范虚拟仿真实训基地，2025年软科中国高职院校排名位列第12位。

Chongqing City Management College is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution sponsored by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government and co-built by the Ministry of Civil Affairs and the Chongqing Municipal People's Government. Founded in 1984, its predecessor was Chongqing Civil Affairs School of the Ministry of Civil Affairs, and it was renamed to its current name in 2006. As a National Civilized Campus and a construction unit for China's characteristic high-level professional groups (Grade A), the college has two campuses in University Town and Rongchang, covering nearly 1,800 mu, with over 15,000 students and 50 specialized programs. It boasts 25 national key construction majors, one national vocational education demonstration virtual simulation training base, and ranked 12th in the 2025 Soft Science China Higher Vocational College Rankings.

学校深化政校企合作，与300余家单位建立合作关系，设有中韩智能工程学院等中外合作办学机构，开设软件技术、新能源汽车技术等国际化专业。师资队伍中双师素质教师占比超60%，获国家级教学成果奖2项，建有重庆市博士后科研工作站，是国家社会工作专业人才培训基地和全国民政政策理论研究基地。

The college deepens government-enterprise-school cooperation, establishing partnerships with over 300 institutions, and houses Sino-foreign cooperative education institutions such as the Sino-Korean Intelligent Engineering College, offering international programs in software technology and new energy vehicle technology. Over 60% of its faculty possess dual-qualification competence, having won 2 national teaching achievement awards. It houses a Chongqing postdoctoral research workstation and serves as a national social work professional training base and a national civil affairs policy theory research base.
