D. Serikbayev东哈萨克斯坦技术大学（D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University, ETKU）成立于1958年，位于哈萨克斯坦东哈萨克斯坦州首府乌斯季卡缅诺戈尔斯克（又称厄斯克门），以首任校长Daulet Mirkasymovich Serikbayev的名字命名。作为哈萨克斯坦顶尖的技术类高校之一，该校在国内技术大学中排名第二，2025年QS世界大学排名位列951-1000区间，相当于中国北京交通大学、北京邮电大学等高校的国际排名水平。

D. Serikbayev East Kazakhstan Technical University (ETKU) was founded in 1958 and is located in Ust-Kamenogorsk (also known as Oskemen), the capital of East Kazakhstan Region, Kazakhstan. It is named after its first rector, Daulet Mirkasymovich Serikbayev. As one of the top technical universities in Kazakhstan, it ranks second among technical universities in the country and was ranked in the 951-1000 range in the 2025 QS World University Rankings, equivalent to the international ranking of universities such as Beijing Jiaotong University and Beijing University of Posts and Telecommunications in China.

该校是哈萨克斯坦唯一培养核工业专家的高等院校，因此获得大量国家资助支持科学研究与开发项目。学科设置涵盖工程、计算机科学、经济学、自然科学及人文社科等领域，现有学生5026人，教职工672人，拥有现代化实验室和青年科学家委员会，注重实践教学与科研创新。国际合作方面，该校与中国天津职业大学共建“鲁班工坊”，并与德国、美国等多国院校开展双学位及交换项目。

It is the only university in Kazakhstan that trains nuclear industry experts, thus receiving substantial state funding for scientific research and development projects. The university offers programs in engineering, computer science, economics, natural sciences, and humanities, with 5,026 students and 672 faculty members. It features modern laboratories and a Youth Scientists Committee, emphasizing practical teaching and research innovation. Internationally, it has established a "Luban Workshop" with Tianjin Vocational University (China) and conducts double-degree and exchange programs with institutions in Germany, the United States, and other countries.
