广东工贸职业技术学院是广东省人民政府直属的全日制普通高等职业院校，前身为1957年成立的广东省冶金工业学校，历经广州有色金属工业学校等发展阶段，2002年升格为高职院校，2021年起与广东省商业职业技术学校实施集团办学。

Guangdong Industry & Trade Vocational Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational college directly under the People's Government of Guangdong Province. Its predecessor was Guangdong Metallurgical Industry School founded in 1957, which went through stages such as Guangzhou Nonferrous Metals Industry School, and was upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2002. Since 2021, it has implemented group-run education with Guangdong Commercial Vocational Technical School.

学校位于广州市，现设天河、白云、荔湾三个校区，总占地面积1085亩，全日制在校生21000余人。学校以工科为主体，以测绘和智造为重点，构建工贸商艺融合发展的专业群，是国家“双高计划”建设院校、广东省示范性高职院校，拥有国家级高水平专业群1个、省级高水平专业群4个，培养服务广东制造业当家战略的高素质技术技能人才。

Located in Guangzhou, the college has three campuses in Tianhe, Baiyun and Liwan, with a total area of 1085 mu and over 21,000 full-time students. With engineering as the main body and surveying & mapping and intelligent manufacturing as the focus, it has built a professional group integrating industry, trade, commerce and art. It is a national "Double High Plan" construction college and a demonstration higher vocational college in Guangdong Province, with 1 national-level high-level professional group and 4 provincial-level high-level professional groups, cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents to serve Guangdong's manufacturing industry strategy.
