广西工商职业技术学院是一所国家公办全日制普通高等学校，办学类型层次为高职专科。学校地处广西壮族自治区首府南宁市，隶属于自治区粮食和物资储备局。学校办学起源于1953年创办的广西省粮食干部训练班，历经广西省粮食干部学校、广西粮食学校、广西贸易经济学校等发展阶段，2006年3月正式更名为广西工商职业技术学院。

Guangxi Vocational College of Business and Technology is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution offering higher vocational education at the junior college level. Located in Nanning, the capital city of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region, the college is affiliated to the Regional Bureau of Grain and Material Reserves. Its educational history dates back to the Guangxi Provincial Grain Cadre Training Class founded in 1953, evolving through stages such as Guangxi Provincial Grain Cadre School, Guangxi Grain School, and Guangxi Trade and Economic School, before officially adopting its current name in March 2006.

学校现有鹏飞、中尧、新村、武鸣4个校区，占地面积1600多亩，设有会计学院、粮油与管理学院等9个二级学院，开办大数据与会计、粮食储运与质量安全等50个专业，全日制在校生24000余人。秉承“精工智商、明德修身”的校训，学校以财经商贸大类为优势主体，粮食类和食品类为特色重点，培养服务区域发展的高素质技术技能型人才，先后获得国家技能人才培育工作突出贡献单位、广西高水平高职学校建设单位等荣誉称号。

The college has 4 campuses (Pengfei, Zhongyao, Xincun, and Wuming) covering an area of over 1,600 mu, with 9 secondary colleges including the School of Accounting and the School of Grain Oil and Management. It offers 50 programs such as Big Data and Accounting, and Grain Storage and Transportation with Quality Safety, boasting a full-time enrollment of over 24,000 students. Adhering to the motto "Exquisite Skills and Intelligence, Virtue and Self-Cultivation", the college focuses on财经商贸大类 as its dominant discipline, with grain and food disciplines as distinctive priorities, cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents for regional development. It has been honored with titles such as "National Outstanding Contribution Unit for Skilled Talent Cultivation" and "Guangxi High-Level Vocational College Construction Unit".
