黑龙江职业学院始建于1948年，是教育部批准成立的公办全日制普通高等学校，培养输送具有家国情怀、工匠品格、进取意识、卓越追求的高端技术技能人才，是省内办学规模最大、专业门类齐全、地理位置优越、师资力量雄厚的综合性高职院校。学校坐落于黑龙江省哈尔滨市，现有两个校区，第一校区位于南岗区学府路，第二校区位于双城区迎宾路，占地面积91.9万平方米，建筑面积36.42万平方米，固定资产总值4.21亿元，其中教学科研仪器设备总值1.52亿元。

Heilongjiang Vocational College, founded in 1948, is a public full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Ministry of Education. It cultivates and transports high-end technical and skilled talents with a sense of family and country, craftsman character, enterprising awareness, and pursuit of excellence. It is a comprehensive higher vocational college with the largest scale, complete professional categories, superior geographical location, and strong faculty in the province. The college is located in Harbin, Heilongjiang Province, with two campuses: the first campus is located on Xuefu Road, Nangang District, and the second campus is located on Yingbin Road, Shuangcheng District, covering an area of 919,000 square meters, with a building area of 364,200 square meters. The total value of fixed assets is 421 million yuan, of which the total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is 152 million yuan.

学校内设13个二级学院，现有全日制高职在校生16334人、继续教育在校生8685人，开设47个专业，其中国家级重点专业10个、省级重点专业19个，覆盖三大产业。拥有国家级职业教育实训基地3个、省级重点实验室3个，国家立项建设精品资源共享课程2门，省级精品课18门。现有专兼职教师914人，其中专任教师607人，教授115人、副教授242人，博士16人、硕士481人，双师比例达到82%。近三年毕业生平均就业率达98.6%，用人单位总体满意率在98%以上，荣获国家骨干高职院校优秀单位、全国五一劳动奖状单位、全国职业教育100强等多项荣誉。

The college has 13 secondary colleges, with 16,334 full-time vocational college students and 8,685 continuing education students. It offers 47 majors, including 10 national key majors and 19 provincial key majors, covering three major industries. It has 3 national vocational education training bases, 3 provincial key laboratories, 2 national-level quality resource sharing courses approved for construction, and 18 provincial-level quality courses. There are 914 full-time and part-time teachers, including 607 full-time teachers, 115 professors, 242 associate professors, 16 doctors, 481 masters, and the double-qualified teacher ratio reaches 82%. In the past three years, the average employment rate of graduates has reached 98.6%, and the overall satisfaction rate of employers is over 98%. It has won many honors such as Excellent Unit of National Key Higher Vocational Colleges, National May 1st Labor Award Unit, and Top 100 National Vocational Education Institutions.
