海南东方新丝路职业学院（Hainan Dongfang New Silk Road College）简称“新丝路学院”“NSRC”，是2023年7月经海南省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等民办高校，由海南省教育厅主管，海南省市场监督管理局注册登记，系海南自由贸易港西部地区第一所高等职业院校。学院举办者为新丝路产业集团，该集团成立于1989年，是中国成立最早、规模最大、影响最广并始终处于时尚行业领先地位的国际知名时尚品牌机构，此前已与厦门理工学院、海口经济学院等合作开展本科层次时尚类专业教育。

Hainan Dongfang New Silk Road College (abbreviated as "New Silk Road College" or "NSRC") is a full-time private higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Hainan Province in July 2023 and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is under the supervision of the Hainan Provincial Department of Education and registered with the Hainan Provincial Market Supervision Bureau, being the first higher vocational college in the western region of the Hainan Free Trade Port. The college is founded by the New Silk Road Industry Group, which was established in 1989 and is an internationally renowned fashion brand institution that is the earliest established, largest in scale, and most influential in China, remaining at the forefront of the fashion industry. Prior to this, the group has collaborated with Xiamen University of Technology, Haikou University of Economics, etc., to carry out undergraduate-level education in fashion-related majors.

学院位于海南省东方市金月湾旅游度假区，背山面海，东近尖峰岭风景区，西邻北部湾，紧靠金月湾海岸线、海南环岛旅游公路、环岛高铁“金月湾站”及环岛高速，交通便捷。校园占地410多亩，建筑面积30多万平方米，建有教学楼、图书馆、实验实训中心、国际交流中心、科创中心、体育场、高尔夫球场、马术训练场等设施，可容纳近万名学生学习生活，现有教职员工600多人。开设舞蹈表演、休闲体育、数字媒体艺术设计、新能源材料应用技术、电子商务、软件技术等专业，专注培养适应时尚、健康等现代服务业产业转型升级需求的高素质技术技能人才。

The college is located in the Jinyue Bay Tourist Resort of Dongfang City, Hainan Province, backed by mountains and facing the sea. It is adjacent to the Jianfengling Scenic Area in the east, the Beibu Gulf in the west, and close to the Jinyue Bay coastline, Hainan Ring Expressway, the "Jinyue Bay Station" of the环岛 high-speed railway, and the Ring Expressway, with convenient transportation. The campus covers an area of over 410 mu, with a construction area of more than 300,000 square meters. It has teaching buildings, a library, experimental and training centers, an international exchange center, a technology innovation center, a stadium, a golf course, an equestrian training ground and other facilities, which can accommodate nearly 10,000 students for study and living, and currently has more than 600 faculty and staff. It offers majors such as Dance Performance, Leisure Sports, Digital Media Art Design, New Energy Materials Application Technology, E-commerce, and Software Technology, focusing on cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet the needs of industrial transformation and upgrading in modern service industries such as fashion and health.
