江门职业技术学院是2004年7月正式挂牌成立的一所全日制公办普通高等职业院校。学校位于江门西江之滨，占地面积1100多亩，现有教职工800多人，全日制在校生近15000人，是全国职业院校魅力校园、2022年度全国品牌影响力高职院校（全省仅3所高职入选）、广东省绿色学校。

Jiangmen Polytechnic is a full-time public higher vocational college officially established in July 2004. Located on the bank of the Xijiang River in Jiangmen, the school covers an area of more than 1,100 mu, with over 800 faculty members and nearly 15,000 full-time students. It is recognized as a "Charming Campus" among national vocational colleges, one of the "2022 National Brand Influential Higher Vocational Colleges" (only 3 vocational colleges in Guangdong Province were selected), and a "Green School" in Guangdong Province.

学校以“厚德、尚能、笃学、致用”为校训，秉承“技术立校、文化育人、开放办学、服务侨乡”办学理念，2018年成为广东省示范性高职院校，2022年入选省域高水平高职院校。设有8个二级学院，共49个专业，其中国家骨干专业、省级重点（品牌）专业9个，建有省级以上实训基地24个，其中国家级9个。

With the school motto of "Virtue, Ability, Diligence, and Application" and the educational philosophy of "Establishing the School with Technology, Cultivating People with Culture, Running the School Openly, and Serving the Hometown of Overseas Chinese", the college became a demonstrative higher vocational college in Guangdong Province in 2018 and was selected as a provincial high-level vocational college in 2022. It has 8 secondary colleges offering 49 majors, including 9 national key majors and provincial key (brand) majors, and 24 training bases above the provincial level, among which 9 are national-level.
