兰州航空职业技术学院是经甘肃省人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制公办普通高等职业院校，是甘肃省唯一一所航空类公办高职院校。学院历史底蕴深厚，前身是1960年创建的兰州万里工学院；1982年8月，获航空工业部批准并经教育部备案，正式成立兰州航空工业职工大学；2020年12月，改制为兰州航空职业技术学院，成为由省政府举办的高等职业院校。六十余载的办学历程，为学院积淀了深厚的航空专业底蕴和职业教育经验。

Lanzhou Aviation Vocational and Technical College is a full-time public higher vocational college approved by the Gansu Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is the only public vocational college specializing in aviation in Gansu Province. With a profound historical heritage, the college traces its roots back to Lanzhou Wanli Institute of Technology founded in 1960. In August 1982, approved by the Ministry of Aviation Industry and registered with the Ministry of Education, it was formally established as Lanzhou Aviation Industry Workers' University. In December 2020, it was restructured into Lanzhou Aviation Vocational and Technical College, becoming a higher vocational college sponsored by the provincial government. Over 60 years of school-running history have endowed the college with profound aviation professional heritage and vocational education experience.

学院本部坐落于兰州市安宁区万新北路274号，新校区位于兰州新区核心发展区域，依托“一带一路”重要节点甘肃区位优势，以及中川机场临空经济产业带的蓬勃发展，影响力辐射甘、宁、青、新和西藏等地，为地方经济社会发展提供智力支持和人才保障。学院秉持“服务技能培养，对接产业需求”的核心导向，全力打造集教学、实训、科研于一体的现代化育人空间，设有航空维修、空中乘务、航空虚拟仿真、民航安全等多个专业实训室，配备机械加工实习工厂及数控车床、五轴数控机床等先进教学仪器设备。

The college's main campus is located at No. 274 Wanxin North Road, Anning District, Lanzhou City, and the new campus is situated in the core development area of Lanzhou New District. Leveraging Gansu's geographical advantages as a key node of the "Belt and Road Initiative" and the vigorous development of the airport economic industry belt around Zhongchuan Airport, its influence radiates to Gansu, Ningxia, Qinghai, Xinjiang, Tibet and other regions, providing intellectual support and talent guarantee for local economic and social development. Adhering to the core orientation of "serving skill training and meeting industrial needs", the college strives to build a modern educational space integrating teaching, training and scientific research. It has multiple professional training rooms for aviation maintenance, flight attendant, aviation virtual simulation, civil aviation safety, etc., equipped with a mechanical processing practice factory and advanced teaching instruments and equipment such as CNC lathes and five-axis CNC machine tools.

学院以“经世致用，航空报国”为校训，践行“敏学、慎思、开物、有为”的校风，深耕航空职业教育领域。现设有航空智能制造系、航空服务与管理系、航空信息工程系、航空维修工程系4个系部及马克思主义学院，开设数控技术、飞机电子设备维修、无人机应用技术、工业机器人技术、空中乘务等19个专业。学院高度重视产教融合，与中航工业集团、中车集团等50余家企业深度合作，毕业生去向落实率连年稳定在92%以上，在甘肃省地方经济建设和航空军工领域技术技能人才培养中发挥着重要作用。

With the school motto of "Applying Knowledge to Practical Use, Serving the Country through Aviation" and practicing the school spirit of "Diligent Learning, Prudent Thinking, Exploring Things, and Striving for Achievements", the college is deeply engaged in aviation vocational education. It currently has 4 departments including the Department of Aviation Intelligent Manufacturing, Department of Aviation Service and Management, Department of Aviation Information Engineering, Department of Aviation Maintenance Engineering, and the School of Marxism, offering 19 majors such as Numerical Control Technology, Aircraft Electronic Equipment Maintenance, UAV Application Technology, Industrial Robot Technology, and Flight Attendant. The college attaches great importance to the integration of industry and education, and has in-depth cooperation with more than 50 enterprises including AVIC Group and CRRC Group. The employment rate of graduates has remained stable at over 92% for years, playing an important role in local economic construction in Gansu Province and the cultivation of technical and skilled talents in the aviation and military industry fields.
