四川化工职业技术学院（原泸州化工专科学校）是经四川省人民政府批准、教育部备案的省属全日制普通高等学校，隶属于四川省经济和信息化厅。学校始建于1953年，2003年独立升格为高职院校，现为全国历史最悠久的化工类高职院校，被誉为“中国化工高技能人才的摇篮”和“西部化工职教的黄埔军校”。

Sichuan Vocational College of Chemical Technology (formerly Luzhou Chemical College) is a provincial full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the Sichuan Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education, affiliated to the Sichuan Provincial Department of Economy and Information Technology. Founded in 1953, the college was independently upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2003. It is now the oldest chemical vocational college in China, known as "the cradle of high-skilled talents in China's chemical industry" and "the Whampoa Military Academy of chemical vocational education in western China".

学校位于中国西部工匠城核心区，现有护国、酒谷湖两个校区，总占地面积1117亩，图书馆藏书130.5万余册，在校学生13000余人，教职工800余人，其中教授40余名、副教授110余名。学校以化工医药为特色，开设专业38个，拥有国家骨干专业3个、省级示范专业5个，建有国家级生产性实训基地1个、国家级双师型教师培养培训基地2个，形成了覆盖四川省“5+1”现代产业体系的专业布局。

Located in the core area of China Western Craftsman City, the college has two campuses: Huguo and Jiuguhu, covering a total area of 1117 mu. The library has a collection of over 1.305 million books, with more than 13,000 students and over 800 faculty members, including more than 40 professors and 110 associate professors. Featuring chemical engineering and pharmaceuticals, the college offers 38 majors, including 3 national key majors and 5 provincial demonstration majors. It has 1 national productive training base and 2 national training bases for double-qualified teachers, forming a professional layout covering Sichuan Province's "5+1" modern industrial system.

作为四川省高水平高职学校建设单位，学校先后荣获“中国石油和化工行业职业教育与培训全国示范性实训基地”“四川省优质高等职业学校”等称号，2022年联合四川轻化工大学试点举办本科层次职业教育，为区域经济社会发展培养了10万余名高素质技术技能人才。

As a construction unit of high-level vocational colleges in Sichuan Province, the college has successively won titles such as "National Demonstrative Training Base for Vocational Education and Training in China's Petroleum and Chemical Industry" and "Sichuan Provincial High-Quality Higher Vocational School". In 2022, it jointly launched undergraduate-level vocational education with Sichuan University of Science & Engineering, cultivating over 100,000 high-quality technical and skilled talents for regional economic and social development.
