四川水利职业技术学院是经四川省人民政府批准、于2003年4月建立的全日制普通高等学校,隶属四川省水利厅领导,四川省教育厅负责业务指导。其前身为创建于1956年的四川省水利电力学校,历经多次更名与发展,于2003年升格为高职院校。学校因水而起,依堰而兴,恪守“禹脉传承,厚德励志”校训,坚持为党育人、为国育才,培养了近二十万名技术骨干和管理中坚力量,为我国特别是四川水利水电事业发展作出重要贡献。
Sichuan Water Conservancy Vocational College is a full-time ordinary higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Sichuan Province and established in April 2003. It is affiliated with the Sichuan Provincial Department of Water Resources and under the business guidance of the Sichuan Provincial Department of Education. Its predecessor was Sichuan Water Conservancy and Electric Power School founded in 1956. After several name changes and development, it was upgraded to a higher vocational college in 2003. The college originated from water and thrived by the weir. Adhering to the school motto of "Inheriting the Legacy of Yu, Cultivating Virtue and Encouraging Aspirations", it persists in cultivating talents for the Party and the country, having trained nearly 200,000 technical backbones and management elites, making important contributions to the development of water conservancy and hydropower undertakings in China, especially in Sichuan.
学校现有羊马(主校区)、都江堰(老校区)、清江(继续教育)和双合(实训基地)四个校区,占地900余亩,建筑面积29万余平方米,藏书量159万余册,教学仪器设备总值2.1亿元。设有8个二级学院及2个教学单位,开办40个专业,形成以水利水电建筑工程和电力系统自动化技术2个高水平专业群为引领的“233”专业群布局。拥有国家级、省级精品课程及规划教材多部,是全国水利行业示范职业院校、四川省优质高等职业院校,2022年获批本科层次职业教育人才培养改革试点专业并招生。
The college currently has four campuses: Yangma (main campus), Dujiangyan (old campus), Qingjiang (continuing education) and Shuanghe (training base), covering an area of more than 900 mu, with a building area of over 290,000 square meters, a collection of more than 1.59 million books, and teaching instruments and equipment worth 210 million yuan. It has 8 secondary colleges and 2 teaching units, offering 40 majors, forming a "233" professional group layout led by 2 high-level professional groups of Water Conservancy and Hydropower Engineering and Electrical Power System Automation Technology. It has many national and provincial excellent courses and planned textbooks, and is a national water conservancy industry demonstration vocational college and a Sichuan provincial high-quality higher vocational college. In 2022, it was approved for the undergraduate-level vocational education talent training reform pilot major and enrolled students.
