上海建设管理职业技术学院（中文简称：上海建管职院；英文简称：SCMC）是一所经上海市人民政府批准、教育部备案，隶属于上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会的公办全日制新型高等职业院校，由上海市住房和城乡建设管理委员会、上海市教育委员会及上海市青浦区人民政府三方共建，开设三年制专科层次高等学历教育、五年一贯制学历教育。

Shanghai Construction Management Vocational College (Chinese abbreviation: Shanghai Jian Guan Vocational College; English abbreviation: SCMC) is a public full-time new higher vocational college approved by the Shanghai Municipal People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is affiliated to the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management Committee and co-built by the Shanghai Municipal Housing and Urban-Rural Development Management Committee, the Shanghai Municipal Education Commission and the Shanghai Qingpu District People's Government. It offers three-year college-level higher education and five-year consistent academic education.

It has been awarded important honors such as the National Workers' Pioneer, National Outstanding Contribution Unit for Skilled Talents Cultivation, Shanghai Civilized Campus, and Advanced Collective in Vocational Education of the Ministry of Construction.

学院占地面积308.9亩，总建筑面积12.11万平方米，拥有青浦总校区、青浦金泽校区和徐汇校区3个学历教育校区，以及普陀区武宁路、黄浦区丽园路、静安区延安西路3个继续教育分校区。其中，青浦总校区处于长三角一体化发展战略的重要承载地；青浦金泽校区位于长三角生态绿色一体化发展示范区先行启动区；徐汇校区毗邻上海科创中心建设重要项目所在区域。

The college covers an area of 308.9 mu with a total construction area of 121,100 square meters. It has 3 academic education campuses: Qingpu Main Campus, Qingpu Jinze Campus and Xuhui Campus, as well as 3 continuing education branch campuses: Wuning Road in Putuo District, Liyuan Road in Huangpu District and Yan'an West Road in Jing'an District. Among them, the Qingpu Main Campus is an important bearing place for the Yangtze River Delta integration development strategy; the Qingpu Jinze Campus is located in the pilot start-up area of the Yangtze River Delta Ecological Green Integration Development Demonstration Zone; and the Xuhui Campus is adjacent to the area where important projects of the Shanghai Science and Technology Innovation Center are located.
