Zhejiang Changzheng Vocational & Technical College is a full-time ordinary higher vocational and technical college approved by the People's Government of Zhejiang Province and registered with the Ministry of Education. It is located in the Xiaoheshan Higher Education Park, Xihu District, Hangzhou City, Zhejiang Province. It shares the profound cultural heritage, abundant e-commerce resources and complete public facilities of Hangzhou, and enjoys the beautiful natural environment, rich teaching resources and convenient transportation conditions of the Xiaoheshan Higher Education Park.

学校教学设施完善，建有独立的实验实训楼、体育馆、风雨操场等教学场所，图书馆现有纸质藏书143.532万册。设有财务与会计学院、商务与贸易学院等9个二级学院及基础教学部、继续教育学院，开设财务会计类、商务贸易类等8大类41个全日制高职专业，现有全日制在校生19100余人。其中国际经济与贸易专业为教育部认定的骨干专业，"跨境电商专业群"为浙江省高水平专业群建设计划项目，拥有中央财政支持的示范实训基地及多个省级示范性实训基地。

The school has well-equipped teaching facilities, including independent experimental training buildings, gymnasiums, all-weather playgrounds and other teaching places. The library currently has 1,435,320 paper books. It has 9 secondary colleges such as the School of Finance and Accounting, the School of Business and Trade, as well as the Basic Teaching Department and the Continuing Education College. It offers 41 full-time higher vocational majors in 8 categories including financial accounting and business trade, with more than 19,100 full-time students. Among them, the International Economics and Trade major is a key major recognized by the Ministry of Education, the "Cross-border E-commerce Professional Group" is a project of Zhejiang Provincial High-level Professional Group Construction Plan, and it has a demonstration training base supported by the central finance and multiple provincial-level demonstration training bases.
