陕西旅游烹饪职业学院始建于1994年，是一所经陕西省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案、纳入国家统招计划，具有独立颁发统招毕业证书的全日制普通高校，也是中国烹饪协会在西北地区的全国烹饪实训示范基地。学院占地300余亩，总建筑面积72000平方米，在校生4500余人，坐落于陕西省西安市西咸新区泾河新城农科路1号。学院以培养具有国际视野的复合型高素质人才为目标，开设烹调工艺与营养、西餐工艺、旅游管理、酒店管理、电子商务等13个专业，形成了以旅游烹饪为特色，集教学、科研、职业技能鉴定为一体的办学格局，至今已为国家培养六万余名旅游烹饪类应用技能型人才。

Shaanxi Tourism and Cuisine Vocational College, founded in 1994, is a full-time regular college approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government, registered with the Ministry of Education, and included in the national unified enrollment plan, with the qualification to independently issue unified enrollment graduation certificates. It is also the national culinary training demonstration base of the China Cuisine Association in Northwest China. Covering an area of over 300 mu with a total construction area of 72,000 square meters, the college has more than 4,500 students and is located at No. 1 Nongke Road, Jinghe New City, Xixian New Area, Xi'an City, Shaanxi Province. Aiming to cultivate compound high-quality talents with an international perspective, the college offers 13 majors including Cooking Technology and Nutrition, Western Food Technology, Tourism Management, Hotel Management, and E-Commerce, forming a school-running pattern featuring tourism and cuisine, integrating teaching, scientific research, and vocational skill appraisal. It has trained more than 60,000 applied skilled talents in tourism and cuisine for the country so far.

学院师资力量雄厚，拥有高学历、双师型教师队伍，专职教师中25%具有硕士以上学历，烹饪专业国家级大师16人、特级大师1人、国家级评委12位，并设有2个省级大师工作室。教学设施完善，配备现代化专业实训大楼、多媒体教室、图书馆（藏书36万册）、室内体育馆等，实习实训设备累计投资近亿元。学院坚持“产教深度融合”，与国内近百家五星级酒店、航空公司、高速铁路及知名餐饮企业建立人才共育合作关系，多年来就业率保持在98%以上，为有志投身旅游餐饮行业的学子提供专业成长平台。

The college boasts a strong teaching staff with high academic qualifications and double-qualified teachers, among whom 25% of full-time teachers have a master's degree or above. It has 16 national-level masters, 1 super master, and 12 national-level judges in the culinary major, with 2 provincial-level master studios. The teaching facilities are complete, including a modern professional training building, multimedia classrooms, a library (with 360,000 books), an indoor gymnasium, etc., with a cumulative investment of nearly 100 million yuan in internship and training equipment. Adhering to the principle of "deep integration of industry and education", the college has established talent co-cultivation partnerships with nearly 100 five-star hotels, airlines, high-speed railways, and well-known catering enterprises in China.
