陕西经济管理职业技术学院是经陕西省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案，由省政府领导的正厅级全日制公办普通高等职业院校，与陕西省行政学院为一套机构，院长由省人民政府秘书长兼任。学院历史悠久，其前身最早为1949年9月成立的西北党校二部，建校已70余年。学院主要培养应用型现代经济管理人才，特别是财经类专门人才，面向全国10多个省区招生，现有全日制高职在校生3600余人，累计培养毕业生2万余人。

Shaanxi Institute of Economic Management is a full-time public higher vocational college at the departmental level approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. It shares the same organizational structure with the Shaanxi Provincial School of Administration, and its president is concurrently held by the Secretary-General of the Provincial People's Government. With a long history, its predecessor was the Second Department of Northwest Party School founded in September 1949, having a history of over 70 years. The college mainly cultivates applied modern economic management talents, especially financial and economic professionals, enrolling students from more than 10 provinces and regions across the country. Currently, it has over 3,600 full-time vocational college students and has cumulatively trained more than 20,000 graduates.

学院坐落于古都西安，拥有校本部、北校区和南区三个校区，校园占地面积约180亩，校舍建筑面积11万平方米。设有7个系部，开设25个专业，涵盖经济管理、工商管理、财务管理、公共管理、旅游管理、计算机应用等领域，其中省级重点专业2个（含中央财政支持建设重点专业1个）。现有专职教师175人，副高级以上职称71人，"双师型"教师93人，享受国务院和省政府特殊津贴专家数人。

Located in the ancient capital Xi'an, the college has three campuses: the main campus, North Campus and South Campus, covering an area of about 180 mu with a building area of 110,000 square meters. It has 7 departments offering 25 majors covering fields such as economic management, business administration, financial management, public management, tourism management and computer application, including 2 provincial key majors (one of which is a key major supported by the central finance). There are 175 full-time teachers, 71 with associate senior titles or above, 93 "double-qualified" teachers, and several experts enjoying special allowances from the State Council and the provincial government.
