陕西邮电职业技术学院是经陕西省人民政府批准成立的全日制公办普通高等学校，是西北地区唯一一所独立设置的通信信息类高等职业院校。学校以专科层次职业教育为主体，开设多个热门专业，覆盖通信、计算机、财经、管理四大领域，下设信息通信学院、人工智能学院、经济管理学院、通识教育学院、培训学院，形成了紧密对接行业需求的专业布局。学校是教育部现代学徒制试点单位、教育部1+X证书制度试点院校、陕西省双高建设院校，先后被授予陕西省教育系统文明校园、陕西省职业教育先进集体等荣誉称号。

Shaanxi Post and Telecommunication College is a full-time public ordinary higher education institution approved by the People's Government of Shaanxi Province, and the only independent higher vocational college specializing in communication and information in Northwest China. With vocational education at the junior college level as its main body, the college offers multiple popular majors covering four major fields: communication, computer science, finance and economics, and management. It has established the School of Information and Communication, School of Artificial Intelligence, School of Economics and Management, School of General Education, and School of Training, forming a professional layout closely aligned with industry needs. The college is a pilot unit of the Ministry of Education's Modern Apprenticeship System, a pilot institution for the Ministry of Education's 1+X certificate system, and a "Double High-Level" construction college in Shaanxi Province.
