吐鲁番职业技术学院（Turpan Vocational and Technical College）是经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府批准、教育部备案的公办全日制高等职业院校，坐落于新疆吐鲁番市高昌区，其前身为1958年成立的吐鲁番棉花学校，历经多次整合与发展，于2016年正式设立。学院占地面积3000亩，已建成投入使用1800亩，建筑面积26万平方米，总投资5.6亿元，秉持“德技兼修、知行并举”的校训，致力于培养服务区域经济社会发展的应用型、技术技能型人才。

Turpan Vocational and Technical College is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region and registered with the Ministry of Education. Located in Gaochang District, Turpan City, Xinjiang, its predecessor was Turpan Cotton School founded in 1958. After multiple integrations and developments, it was officially established in 2016. Covering an area of 3,000 mu (1,800 mu put into use), with a construction area of 260,000 square meters and a total investment of 560 million yuan, the college adheres to the school motto of "Cultivating Morality and Skills, Integrating Knowledge and Practice" and is committed to cultivating applied and technical talents serving regional economic and social development.

学院设有马克思主义学院、旅游管理学院、现代农业学院等9个系部，开设17个高职专业、18个中职（技工）专业及25个成人教育专业，形成集学历教育、职业培训、技术服务于一体的办学格局。现有教职工506人，其中高级职称36人、中级职称196人、硕士研究生138人；全日制学生9847人，成人教育学生3878人，近年来技能大赛获国家级奖项2项、自治区级奖项53项，毕业生就业率连续三年保持增长，2021年达97%。

The college has 9 departments including the School of Marxism, School of Tourism Management, and School of Modern Agriculture, offering 17 higher vocational majors, 18 secondary vocational (technical) majors, and 25 adult education majors, forming a school-running pattern integrating academic education, vocational training, and technical services. It has 506 faculty members, including 36 with senior titles, 196 with intermediate titles, and 138 postgraduates. There are 9,847 full-time students and 3,878 adult education students. In recent years, it has won 2 national awards and 53 autonomous region-level awards in skill competitions. The employment rate of graduates has maintained growth for three consecutive years, reaching 97% in 2021.

作为公办高校，学院实行党委领导下的院长负责制，办学定位立足吐鲁番、辐射南疆、面向全疆，重点发展高等职业技术教育，深化产教融合与校企合作，先后与多所院校建立对口援助关系，在专业建设、师资培养、实训基地共建等领域开展深度合作，逐步成为疆内乃至西北地区具有一定影响力的高等职业院校。

As a public college, it implements the president responsibility system under the leadership of the Party Committee. Its school-running orientation is based in Turpan, radiating southern Xinjiang and facing the whole region, focusing on developing higher vocational and technical education. It deepens industry-education integration and school-enterprise cooperation, has established counterpart assistance relations with multiple institutions, and carried out in-depth cooperation in professional construction, faculty training, and joint construction of training bases, gradually becoming an influential higher vocational college in Xinjiang and even northwest China.
