巴黎第十三大学（法语：Université Paris XIII），又称索邦-巴黎北大学（Université Sorbonne Paris Nord），其前身为1179年成立的巴黎索邦大学。1968年法国教育改革后，原巴黎索邦大学拆分出13所独立综合性大学，该校是其中之一，也是巴黎13所大学中唯一学科齐全的综合性大学，学科覆盖除药学外的所有专业领域。

Paris XIII University (French: Université Paris XIII), also known as Université Sorbonne Paris Nord, traces its roots to the University of Paris-Sorbonne founded in 1179. After the 1968 French education reform, the original University of Paris-Sorbonne was split into 13 independent comprehensive universities, and this university is one of them. It is also the only comprehensive university with complete disciplines among the 13 universities in Paris, covering all professional fields except pharmacy.

学校位于巴黎北部，拥有维勒塔纳斯（Villetaneuse）、圣丹尼（Saint-Denis）、波比尼（Bobigny）等校区，各校区均有地铁和RER直达。现有在校学生24000余人，教职员工1500余人，每年颁发约6000张国家级本科、硕士及博士文凭，拥有73个硕士学位授予权、38个博士学位授予权，并设有41所研究实验室，其中8个隶属于法国国家科学研究中心（CNRS），2个隶属于国家医学与健康研究院（INSERM）。

Located in northern Paris, the university has campuses in Villetaneuse, Saint-Denis, Bobigny, etc., all accessible by metro and RER. It currently has over 24,000 students and more than 1,500 faculty and staff. Each year, it awards approximately 6,000 national undergraduate, master's, and doctoral diplomas, with 73 master's degree programs and 38 doctoral degree programs. It also houses 41 research laboratories, 8 of which are affiliated with the French National Center for Scientific Research (CNRS) and 2 with the National Institute of Health and Medical Research (INSERM).
