新疆建设职业技术学院是2002年11月经新疆维吾尔自治区人民政府批准，由新疆建筑职工大学、新疆建筑材料工业学校、新疆城市建设学校合并组建而成的公办全日制高等职业院校，隶属于自治区住房和城乡建设厅，是新疆唯一一所建设类高等职业院校。学院坐落于乌鲁木齐市，拥有建工、城建、建材三个校区，总占地232亩，现有全日制在校生7700余人，教职工446人，其中教授、副教授等高级职称教师77人，专任教师311人，“双师型”教师占比超过80%。

Xinjiang Vocational and Technical College of Construction is a public full-time higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Xinjiang Uygur Autonomous Region in November 2002. It was formed by the merger of Xinjiang Construction Workers' University, Xinjiang Building Materials Industry School, and Xinjiang Urban Construction School. Affiliated to the Department of Housing and Urban-Rural Development of the Autonomous Region, it is the only construction-related higher vocational college in Xinjiang. Located in Urumqi, the college has three campuses: Construction Engineering, Urban Construction, and Building Materials, covering a total area of 232 mu. It currently has over 7,700 full-time students and 446 faculty members, including 77 teachers with senior titles such as professors and associate professors, 311 full-time teachers, and "double-qualified" teachers accounting for over 80%.

学院以培养建设行业高端技能型人才为核心，开设建筑工程技术、建筑设计、工程造价、市政工程技术等36个高职专业，形成了覆盖建筑施工、规划设计、工程管理、材料检测等领域的专业体系。拥有中央财政支持的建筑技术实训基地、资源环境与城市管理实训基地，以及40个校内实验室和80余个校外实训基地，图书馆藏书39万余册，教学设施完善。近年来荣获自治区高等教育教学成果一等奖等多项荣誉，是国家建设类技能型紧缺人才培养试点高校和自治区建筑工程实训基地。

Focused on cultivating high-end skilled talents for the construction industry, the college offers 36 higher vocational majors including Architectural Engineering Technology, Architectural Design, Engineering Cost, and Municipal Engineering Technology, forming a professional system covering construction, planning and design, project management, material testing, and other fields. It has centrally funded training bases for construction technology and resource environment & urban management, as well as 40 on-campus laboratories and over 80 off-campus training bases. The library houses more than 390,000 books with complete teaching facilities. In recent years, it has won many honors such as the first prize of Autonomous Region Higher Education Teaching Achievements, and is a national pilot college for cultivating skilled talents in construction and an Autonomous Region construction engineering training base.
