咸阳职业技术学院是咸阳市人民政府直属的全日制公办普通高等学校，创始于1937年，2004年经陕西省人民政府批准、教育部备案，由原6所中专学校合并组建而成。学院是中国特色高水平专业群建设单位、全国文明单位、陕西省高水平高职学校建设单位，全日制在校学生20000多名，历经80多年发展，积淀形成了“厚德强能、育人惠民”的校训和“艰苦创业、奋进图强”的咸阳职院精神，累计为社会培养10万余名技术技能人才。

Xianyang Vocational & Technical College is a full-time public higher education institution directly under the Xianyang Municipal People's Government. Founded in 1937, it was approved by the Shaanxi Provincial People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education in 2004, formed by the merger of six former secondary specialized schools. As a construction unit for China's high-level professional groups, a National Civilized Unit, and a high-level vocational school in Shaanxi Province, the college has over 20,000 full-time students. With more than 80 years of development, it has fostered the school motto of "Virtue and Ability, Educating People for Public Good" and the spirit of "Hard Work and Forge Ahead", having cultivated over 100,000 technical talents for society.

学院位于西咸新区沣西新城，占地1306亩，建筑面积45.75万平方米，教学仪器设备值2.38亿元，下设13个二级学院，开设医学、师范、信息、农林等大类49个高职专业。拥有国家骨干专业3个、省级一流专业2个，建成国家级在线精品课程3门，校企共建实训基地234个，形成了“理实一体、教练融合”的人才培养模式，先后荣获全国绿化模范单位、国家节约型公共机构示范单位等荣誉称号。

Located in Fengxi New City of Xixian New Area, the college covers an area of 1,306 mu (about 87 hectares) with a building area of 457,500 square meters and teaching equipment worth 238 million yuan. It has 13 secondary colleges offering 49 vocational programs covering medicine, teacher education, information technology, agriculture and forestry. The college boasts 3 national key majors, 2 provincial first-class majors, and 3 national online quality courses, with 234 school-enterprise joint training bases. It has developed a talent cultivation model integrating theory and practice, and has been awarded titles such as National Model Unit for Afforestation and National Demonstration Unit for Energy Conservation in Public Institutions.
