浙江工贸职业技术学院为省属公办全日制高等院校，由浙江第一高级技工学校与温州冶金机械厂于1999年联合改制而成立。学校现为中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划（国家双高）建设单位、浙江省高职高水平学校（省双高）建设单位，地处温州，拥有鹿城府东路校区和瓯江口校区两个校区，占地1270亩，全日制在校学生1.5万余人。

Zhejiang Industry & Trade Vocational College is a public full-time higher education institution directly under the provincial government. It was established in 1999 through the joint restructuring of Zhejiang First Senior Technical School and Wenzhou Metallurgical Machinery Factory. Currently, the college is a construction unit of the National Double-High Program (China's characteristic high-level vocational schools and professional construction plan) and Zhejiang Provincial Double-High Vocational School. Located in Wenzhou, it has two campuses: Lucheng Fudong Road Campus and Oujiangkou Campus, covering an area of 1,270 mu, with over 15,000 full-time students.

学校现设有8个二级学院，开设37个高职招生专业、1个四年制本科专业等，重点聚焦智能装备制造领域和战新产业。秉承“大气致远 精工诚贸”的校训精神，坚持立德树人、产教融合，获全国职业教育先进单位、全国深化创新创业教育改革示范高校等称号，在浙江省高校毕业生职业发展状况调查中多次位居全省高职院校前列。

The college currently has 8 secondary colleges, offering 37 higher vocational programs, 1 four-year undergraduate program, etc., focusing on intelligent equipment manufacturing and strategic emerging industries.
