安徽绿海商务职业学院是经安徽省人民政府批准、教育部备案的具有统招资格的高等职业院校，系北京大学安徽网络教育中心，安徽省高等职业院校创新创业联盟和安徽省当代社会主义核心价值体系研究中心牵头创建院校，安徽省唯一参加上海世博会服务的高职院校。曾获安徽最具特色教育机构、梦企业创业创新故事摇篮奖等荣誉称号。学院特聘一批理论深厚、理念超前、科研成果显著的著名专家、学者，成立了学院发展指导专家委员会，具体指导办学。学院各专业带头人主要来自中国科学技术大学、合肥工业大学、安徽大学等高校，是学院教学与科研的核心力量。

Anhui Lvhai Business Vocational College is a higher vocational college with unified enrollment qualification approved by the People's Government of Anhui Province and registered by the Ministry of Education. It is the Anhui Network Education Center of Peking University, the leading institution in establishing the Anhui Higher Vocational College Innovation and Entrepreneurship Alliance and the Anhui Research Center for the Contemporary Socialist Core Value System, and the only higher vocational college in Anhui Province that participated in serving the Shanghai World Expo. It has been awarded honors such as "Anhui's Most Characteristic Educational Institution" and "Cradle Award for Entrepreneurial and Innovative Stories of Dream Enterprises". The college has specially invited a group of famous experts and scholars with profound theories, advanced concepts and remarkable scientific research achievements to establish an expert committee for college development guidance to specifically guide the school running. The leaders of various majors in the college mainly come from universities such as the University of Science and Technology of China, Hefei University of Technology, and Anhui University, and are the core force of teaching and scientific research in the college.

历经十余载发展，学院专业建设得到进一步加强，教学和科研水平不断提升。教职员工200余人，其中专任教师183人，专任教师中，双师型教师占专任教师人数的30.5%，形成了一支专业理论水平高、实践教学经验丰富的双师型教师队伍。目前，学院设有工商管理学院、经济贸易学院、财会金融学院、旅游管理学院、信息工程学院、科学与艺术学院、新媒体学院、国际舞蹈学院、哈工现代智能与健康学院、基础教学部、思政教学部、北京大学安徽网络教育中心、继续教育学院等13个教学机构，统招专业48个，继续教育专业26个。

After more than ten years of development, the college's professional construction has been further strengthened, and the level of teaching and scientific research has been continuously improved. There are more than 200 faculty members, including 183 full-time teachers, among whom double-qualified teachers account for 30.5% of the full-time teachers, forming a team of double-qualified teachers with high professional theoretical level and rich practical teaching experience. At present, the college has 13 teaching institutions such as the School of Business Administration, the School of Economics and Trade, the School of Finance and Accounting, the School of Tourism Management, the School of Information Engineering, the School of Science and Art, the School of New Media, the School of International Dance, the Harbin Institute of Technology Modern Intelligence and Health College, the Department of Basic Teaching, the Department of Ideological and Political Teaching, the Anhui Network Education Center of Peking University, and the School of Continuing Education, with 48 unified enrollment majors and 26 continuing education majors.

The college takes "Inclusiveness and Pragmatism" as its school motto and "Achieving One Student, Happiness One Family" as its mission. It adheres to the school-running philosophy of surviving by quality and developing by harmony; adhering to people-oriented, morality first, being for others, teaching through guidance, and promoting management through supervision. It abides by the principles of taking the market as the center for school running, students as the center for education, and performance as the center for work. The college adheres to establishing morality and cultivating people as the foundation, integrating socialist core values and innovation and entrepreneurship into the whole process of teaching and educating people. In order to build a characteristic talent brand, it has created the "Star Youth" talent training model. The teaching process fully integrates elements such as industry, enterprise, occupation and practice. Teaching revolves around task projects, courses around post capabilities, and teaching materials around training goals. In the internship and practical teaching环节, the college cooperates with many well-known enterprises to jointly study professional construction, talent training programs, develop school-enterprise cooperation textbooks, and realize in-depth school-enterprise docking through order-based training, so as to strengthen the cultivation of five abilities (political discrimination ability, self-learning ability, practical ability, cooperation and coordination ability, physical and mental endurance), six skills (business public relations, foreign language application, computer operation, language and writing expression, information processing, calligraphy) and professional quality (professional qualification, professional mentality, professional ethics, professional behavior, professional skills).
