安顺学院是2006年升格组建的普通本科高校，办学历史可追溯至1938年成立的黔江师范学校，历经国立黔江中学、省立安顺师范学校、安顺师范高等专科学校等发展阶段，迄今已有80余年办学历史。学校已为社会培养近8万名各类合格专业人才，毕业生多服务于基础教育、基层政府和企事业单位一线，为西南地区教育事业和地方经济社会发展作出重要贡献。

Anshun University is a public undergraduate institution upgraded and established in 2006, with its educational history dating back to Qianjiang Normal School founded in 1938. It has undergone developmental stages such as National Qianjiang Middle School, Provincial Anshun Normal School, and Anshun Teachers College, boasting over 80 years of educational heritage. The university has cultivated nearly 80,000 qualified professionals for society, with graduates primarily serving in basic education, grassroots governments, and enterprises and public institutions, making significant contributions to educational undertakings and local economic and social development in southwest China.

学校2016年通过教育部本科教学工作合格评估，2017年成为贵州省硕士学位授权立项建设单位，2018年入选贵州省应用型转型试点高校，2024年管理体制调整为省政府统筹协调管理、省教育厅主管。校园占地1033.46亩，校舍建筑面积32.41万平方米，获评全国公共机构能效领跑者单位和全国生态文明教育特色学校。教学科研仪器设备总值9066.79万元，馆藏纸质图书113.5万册、电子图书152.7万册（种）。

The university passed the Undergraduate Teaching Qualification Assessment by the Ministry of Education in 2016, was listed as a master's degree authorization project construction unit in Guizhou Province in 2017, selected as a pilot university for applied transformation in Guizhou Province in 2018, and adjusted to the management system of provincial government coordination and provincial Department of Education supervision in 2024. Covering an area of 1033.46 mu with a building area of 324,100 square meters, it has been awarded the National Public Institution Energy Efficiency Leader Unit and National Ecological Civilization Education Characteristic School. The total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is 90.6679 million yuan, with 1.135 million printed books and 1.527 million electronic books (species) in the library collection.

现有专任教师626人，其中教授79人、副教授205人、博士198人，拥有全国模范教师、全国五一劳动奖章获得者等省级以上人才39人。设16个二级学院，开设经济学、法学、教育学等10个学科门类50个本科专业，形成以管理学、人文学科、艺术学、社会学科、农学、工学、理学为主要支撑的应用型学科体系，全日制在校生10612人。

There are 626 full-time teachers, including 79 professors, 205 associate professors, and 198 doctors, with 39 provincial-level and above talents such as National Model Teachers and National May Day Labor Medal winners. The university has 16 secondary colleges, offering 50 undergraduate majors covering 10 disciplines including economics, law, and education, forming an applied discipline system mainly supported by management, humanities, art, social sciences, agriculture, engineering, and science, with 10,612 full-time students.

学校拥有国家一流本科课程3门、省级一流金课99门，市厅级以上科研平台22个、省级创新团队4个。近五年获国家级科研项目15项、省部级57项，科研经费3286余万元，出版著作100部，发表高水平论文412篇，获专利140项及省哲学社会科学成果奖一等奖3项。毕业生去向落实率超80%，升学率从2021年2.97%提升至2025年6.98%，学生获国家级学科竞赛奖项62项、省级932项。

The university has 3 national first-class undergraduate courses, 99 provincial first-class golden courses, 22 municipal and departmental-level scientific research platforms, and 4 provincial innovation teams. In the past five years, it has obtained 15 national-level and 57 provincial-level scientific research projects, with research funding exceeding 32.86 million yuan, published 100 works, 412 high-level papers, 140 patents, and 3 first prizes of Provincial Philosophy and Social Sciences Achievement Awards. The employment rate of graduates exceeds 80%, with the further study rate increasing from 2.97% in 2021 to 6.98% in 2025. Students have won 62 national and 932 provincial discipline competition awards.
