蚌埠城市轨道交通职业学院是一所经教育部备案、安徽省人民政府批准设立，具有国家统招资格的全日制高等职业院校，被列为省、市两级“十四五”重点建设项目。学校坐落于素有“珍珠城”美誉的淮河流域中心城市蚌埠，是蚌埠市区唯一一所以市名命名的工科大专院校，淮上区唯一的一所高校。学校总规划占地面积1000亩，总建筑面积65万平方米，总投资25亿元，现已建成一期占地面积344亩，一期建筑面积20万平方米，完成投资8.5亿元。

Bengbu College of Urban Rail Transit is a full-time higher vocational college with national unified enrollment qualification, approved by the People's Government of Anhui Province and filed by the Ministry of Education. It is listed as a key construction project of both provincial and municipal levels during the "14th Five-Year Plan" period. Located in Bengbu, a central city in the Huaihe River Basin known as the "Pearl City", it is the only engineering college named after the city in Bengbu urban area and the only university in Huaishang District. The school has a total planned area of 1,000 mu, a total construction area of 650,000 square meters, and a total investment of 2.5 billion yuan. The first phase has been completed with an area of 344 mu, a construction area of 200,000 square meters, and an investment of 850 million yuan.

学校确立了以工科专业为主，城市轨道交通专业为特色，新能源汽车专业为支撑，经济管理与人文艺术类专业协调发展的思路。现有轨道交通技术学院、商贸学院、汽车与智能制造学院、基础教学部、融媒体产业学院等5个学院（部），建设交通运输、城市轨道交通、新能源汽车、电子信息、计算机、财经商贸等专业群，突出内涵建设和专业实践能力。学校拥有一流的现代化教学场地和设施，配备真实地铁车辆检修设备、模拟运营调度中心等23个现代化实训室及校中厂厂中校实践基地，通过校企合作引入企业技术标准，实现教学标准与岗位标准无缝对接。

The college has established a development思路 focusing on engineering majors, featuring urban rail transit majors, supported by new energy vehicle majors, and coordinated development of economic management and humanities and art majors. It currently has 5 colleges (departments) including the School of Rail Transit Technology, School of Business, School of Automotive and Intelligent Manufacturing, Basic Teaching Department, and School of Converged Media Industry. It has built professional groups such as transportation, urban rail transit, new energy vehicles, electronic information, computer, and finance and trade, emphasizing connotation construction and professional practical ability. The college has first-class modern teaching venues and facilities, equipped with 23 modern training rooms such as real subway vehicle maintenance equipment and simulated operation dispatch centers, as well as on-campus and off-campus practice bases. Through school-enterprise cooperation, it introduces enterprise technical standards to achieve seamless connection between teaching standards and post standards.

学校牵头成立安徽轨道交通职业教育集团，联合省内外100余家高校、企业和科研院所，与西南交通大学、奇瑞集团、比亚迪集团、中国铁建等知名单位签订战略合作协议，共建实训基地和课程体系。组建了以西南交通大学专家教授和企业高管为主体的专家教授委员会，为人才培养提供强有力支撑。学校着眼服务区域经济发展，立足皖北、服务安徽、辐射长三角，力争建设成为专业结构合理、特色鲜明的地方技能型高水平大学。

The college takes the lead in establishing the Anhui Rail Transit Vocational Education Group,联合ing more than 100 universities, enterprises and research institutes inside and outside the province. It has signed strategic cooperation agreements with renowned institutions such as Southwest Jiaotong University, Chery Group, BYD Group, and China Railway Construction to jointly build training bases and curriculum systems. An expert professor committee mainly composed of experts and professors from Southwest Jiaotong University and enterprise executives has been set up to provide strong support for talent cultivation. Focusing on serving regional economic development, the college is based in northern Anhui, serving Anhui and radiating the Yangtze River Delta, striving to become a local high-level skilled university with reasonable professional structure and distinctive characteristics.
