北京科技经营管理学院前身是1985年5月18日创建的中国科技经营管理大学，2001年4月经国家教育部批准更名为北京科技经营管理学院，是具有国家高等学历教育计划内全国统一招生资格的全日制民办普通高等职业院校。老一辈无产阶级革命家王首道曾担任学校名誉校长。

The predecessor of Beijing Institute of Technology and Business Management was China University of Technology and Business Management, founded on May 18, 1985. In April 2001, it was renamed Beijing Institute of Technology and Business Management with the approval of the Ministry of Education, and is a full-time private ordinary higher vocational college with the qualification for national unified enrollment in higher education.

学校坐落于北京市昌平区沙河高教园区，毗邻中央财经大学、北京航空航天大学等多所一流名校，占地约120亩，建筑面积近11万平方米。校内建有大数据实训室、民航客机模拟训练舱等各类教学设施，形成工、经、管、文、艺等多学科协调发展的格局。

The school is located in Shahe Higher Education Park, Changping District, Beijing, adjacent to many first-class universities such as Central University of Finance and Economics and Beihang University. It covers an area of about 120 mu and a building area of nearly 110,000 square meters. The school has built various teaching facilities such as big data training rooms and civil aviation airliner simulation training cabins, forming a pattern of coordinated development of multiple disciplines including engineering, economics, management, literature, and art.

学校坚持产教融合、校企合作，与百度、永辉超市等数十家企业共建实训基地，现有9个统招专业、14个专业方向，专职教师中硕士以上学历占90%，双师型教师占比80%以上，为社会培养了10万余名高素质技能型人才。

The school adheres to the integration of industry and education and school-enterprise cooperation, and has built training bases with dozens of enterprises such as Baidu and Yonghui Supermarket. It currently has 9 unified enrollment majors and 14 professional directions. Among the full-time teachers, 90% have a master's degree or above, and more than 80% are double-qualified teachers, having cultivated more than 100,000 high-quality skilled talents for the society.
