布拉克大学（BRAC University），简称“BracU”，成立于2001年，位于孟加拉国首都达卡，是经孟加拉国大学资助委员会认证并通过教育部批准的私立综合性高等教育机构，同时也是英联邦大学协会成员。该校以文科教育为核心办学理念，致力于培养具有创新思维的人才，为高等教育领域注入新动力，并注重将教育与国家发展需求相结合，向学生灌输服务社会、推动国家进步的责任感。

BRAC University, referred to as "BracU", was founded in 2001 and is located in Dhaka, the capital of Bangladesh. It is a private comprehensive higher education institution accredited by the University Grants Commission of Bangladesh and approved by the Ministry of Education of Bangladesh, and is also a member of the Association of Commonwealth Universities. With liberal arts education as its core educational philosophy, the university is committed to cultivating talents with innovative thinking, injecting new impetus into the field of higher education, and focusing on integrating education with national development needs to instill in students a sense of responsibility to serve society and promote national progress.

布拉克大学提供多样化的专业课程，涵盖商业、工程、计算机科学、人文社科等多个学科领域，致力于为学生提供全面的教育体验。目前，学校学生人数约为17,235人，教员人数1,071人，其中国际学生181人，师生比保持在合理区间，确保教学质量。在学术排名方面，该校在2025年QS世界大学排名中位列1001-1200名，亚洲大学排名第253位，虽在全球范围内排名有待提升，但在孟加拉国国内及亚洲地区具有一定的竞争力和发展潜力。

BRAC University offers a variety of professional courses covering multiple disciplines such as business, engineering, computer science, humanities and social sciences, committed to providing students with a comprehensive educational experience. Currently, the university has approximately 17,235 students and 1,071 faculty members, including 181 international students, with a reasonable student-to-faculty ratio to ensure teaching quality. In terms of academic rankings, the university ranked 1001-1200 in the QS World University Rankings 2025 and 253rd in the QS Asian University Rankings. Although its global ranking needs to be improved, it has certain competitiveness and development potential in Bangladesh and Asia.
