百色职业学院成立于2006年3月，是经广西壮族自治区人民政府批准、教育部备案的公办高等职业院校，由百色市人民政府举办，教育教学业务由广西壮族自治区教育厅指导和管理。学校现有两个校区，旧校区占地面积约120亩，百东新校区规划校园面积877亩，新校区于2022年1月开工建设，东组团已于2024年4月启用办学，预计到2026年底全部建成，规划办学规模15000人。

Baise Vocational College was founded in March 2006. It is a public higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and registered with the Ministry of Education. Sponsored by the People's Government of Baise City, its educational and teaching affairs are guided and managed by the Education Department of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region. The college has two campuses: the old campus covers an area of about 120 mu, and the new Baidong campus, with a planned area of 877 mu, started construction in January 2022. The east cluster was put into operation in April 2024 and is expected to be fully completed by the end of 2026, with a planned school-running scale of 15,000 students.

学校现有在校学生10869人（其中高职10571人，中职298人）；教职工446人，其中专任教师309人，副高级以上职称64人（占专任教师20.7%），研究生学历85人（占专任教师27.5%），双师型教师认证162人（占专任教师总数的56.84%）。设有智能制造工程学院、交通工程学院、财经商贸学院等九个二级学院（教学部），开设有涵盖装备制造、电子信息、土木建筑等十大类专业28个，建有校内外实习实训基地134个，教学实训设备总值超8000万元，拥有4个自治区级示范特色专业和实训基地，以及3个广西职业教育示范性虚拟仿真实训基地。

The college currently has 10,869 students (including 10,571 vocational college students and 298 secondary vocational students); 446 faculty members, including 309 full-time teachers, 64 with associate senior titles or above (accounting for 20.7% of full-time teachers), 85 with postgraduate degrees (27.5% of full-time teachers), and 162 certified "double-qualified" teachers (56.84% of the total full-time teachers). It has nine secondary colleges (teaching departments) such as the College of Intelligent Manufacturing Engineering, College of Transportation Engineering, and College of Finance and Business. It offers 28 majors covering ten categories including equipment manufacturing, electronic information, and civil engineering. There are 134 internal and external internship and training bases, with a total value of teaching and training equipment exceeding 80 million yuan, 4 autonomous region-level demonstration characteristic majors and training bases, and 3 Guangxi vocational education demonstration virtual simulation training bases.

学校秉承立德树人根本任务，以服务发展和促进就业为宗旨，以学生学会做人、学会技能为培养目标，立足百色、面向滇黔桂、服务粤港澳大湾区、对接东盟，为区域经济社会发展培养了一大批适应生产、建设、管理、服务第一线需求的技术技能人才。近几年来毕业生就业率持续保持在92%以上，先后荣获全国农村成人教育先进学校、全区高校先进党组织、自治区民族团结进步示范学校等多项国家和省级荣誉称号。

Adhering to the fundamental task of fostering virtue through education, the college takes serving development and promoting employment as its purpose, and takes cultivating students to learn to be a person and learn skills as its training goal. Based in Baise, facing Yunnan, Guizhou and Guangxi, serving the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area, and connecting with ASEAN, it has cultivated a large number of technical and skilled talents who meet the needs of the front line of production, construction, management and service for regional economic and social development. In recent years, the employment rate of graduates has remained above 92%, and it has successively won many national and provincial honorary titles such as National Advanced School for Rural Adult Education, Advanced Party Organization of Colleges and Universities in the Region, and Model School for National Unity and Progress in the Autonomous Region.
