北京劳动保障职业学院是经北京市人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制普通高等学校，行政主管部门为北京市人力资源和社会保障局，教育主管部门为北京市教育委员会。学校前身为1985年成立的北京市劳动管理干部学院和北京市计划劳动管理干部学院，2006年改制更名为北京劳动保障职业学院。作为国家骨干高职院校、国家“双高计划”建设单位及北京市特色高水平职业院校，学校重点发展劳动保障、人力资源管理、智慧健康养老等领域专业，拥有国家级职业教育教师教学创新团队，牵头组建国家示范性职业教育集团，毕业生就业率长期保持在98%以上。学校设有南北两个校区，分别位于北京市朝阳区惠新东街5号和昌平区南口路32号，总占地面积约268亩，为学生提供现代化教学与实训设施。

Beijing Vocational College of Labor and Social Security is a full-time public higher education institution approved by the Beijing Municipal People's Government and registered with the Ministry of Education. Administratively supervised by the Beijing Municipal Bureau of Human Resources and Social Security, it is educationally regulated by the Beijing Municipal Commission of Education. Established in 1985 as the Beijing Labor Management Cadre College and Beijing Planning Labor Management Cadre College, it was restructured and renamed in 2006. Recognized as a National Key Vocational College, a "Double High-Level Plan" construction unit, and a Beijing Municipal Characteristic High-Level Vocational College, the college specializes in fields such as labor security, human resource management, and intelligent elderly care services. It boasts a national-level innovative teaching team for vocational education, leads a national demonstration vocational education group, and maintains a graduate employment rate above 98% for years.
