中国计量大学是一所以计量、标准、质量、市场监管和检验检疫为办学特色的浙江省重点建设高校。学校前身是1978年由国家计量总局创建的杭州计量学校，历经发展，2016年更名为中国计量大学，成为全国唯一以“计量”命名的本科院校。学校坚持“计量立校、标准立人、质量立业”的办学理念，在计量测试、质量工程、标准化学科领域形成了鲜明优势，为国家培养了大批高素质人才。

China Jiliang University is a key university in Zhejiang Province, characterized by disciplines such as metrology, standards, quality, market supervision, inspection and quarantine. Founded in 1978 as Hangzhou Metrology School by the State Bureau of Metrology, it was renamed China Jiliang University in 2016 and became the only undergraduate university named after "metrology" in China. Adhering to the educational philosophy of "Establishing the University with Metrology, Cultivating People with Standards, and Achieving Careers with Quality", the university has formed distinct advantages in metrology testing, quality engineering, and standardization disciplines, cultivating a large number of high-quality talents for the country.

学校现有本科专业58个，涵盖工学、理学、管理学、法学、文学、经济学、医学、艺术学等八大学科门类，拥有一级学科博士学位授权点2个、一级学科硕士学位授权点15个、硕士专业学位授权点11个。校园占地1580亩，拥有现代化的教学科研设施和完善的学生生活服务体系，为师生提供了良好的学习和发展环境。

The university currently offers 58 undergraduate programs covering eight disciplines including engineering, science, management, law, literature, economics, medicine, and art. It has 2 first-level doctoral degree authorization points, 15 first-level master's degree authorization points, and 11 professional master's degree authorization points. Covering an area of 1,580 mu, the campus has modern teaching and research facilities and a complete student life service system, providing a good learning and development environment for teachers and students.
