重庆海联职业技术学院创建于1999年，是经重庆市人民政府批准、教育部备案，纳入国家招生计划、面向全国招生的民办全日制普通高等专科院校。学校以航空特色为核心，2025年开设28个高职专业，其中航空类专业14个，是重庆市首家构建航空服务专业教育体系的高职院校，涵盖空中乘务、飞机机电设备维修、无人机应用技术等领域。

Chongqing Hailian Vocational and Technical College, founded in 1999, is a private full-time ordinary higher vocational college approved by the Chongqing Municipal People's Government, registered with the Ministry of Education, included in the national enrollment plan, and enrolling students nationwide. With aviation characteristics as its core, the college offers 28 higher vocational majors in 2025, including 14 aviation-related majors, making it the first vocational college in Chongqing to establish an aviation service professional education system, covering fields such as flight attendant, aircraft mechanical and electrical equipment maintenance, and UAV application technology.

学校办学主体为5A级社会组织昭信教育研究院，2024年9月整体搬迁至两江新区龙兴新城新校区，依托航空航天战略新兴产业基地资源，构建政产学研用一体化育人体系。现有10大实训中心（含航空模拟客舱、飞机机务维修等23个重点实验室），与300余家航空企业、机场单位深度合作，毕业生就业率连续多年位居重庆市高职院校前列。

The college is operated by Zhaoxin Education Research Institute, a 5A-level social organization. In September 2024, it relocated to a new campus in Longxing New Town, Liangjiang New Area, relying on the resources of the aviation and aerospace strategic emerging industry base to build an integrated education system of government-industry-university-research-application. It currently has 10 training centers (including 23 key laboratories such as aviation simulation cabin and aircraft maintenance), and has in-depth cooperation with over 300 aviation enterprises and airport units. The employment rate of graduates has ranked among the top of Chongqing's vocational colleges for many years.
