中国劳动关系学院是中华全国总工会直属的普通高等院校，由中华全国总工会与教育部共建。学校前身是1946年4月从华北联合大学分离建校的晋察冀边区行政干部学校，历经多次调整与发展，2003年升格为本科院校，更名为中国劳动关系学院。学校以培养劳动关系领域高素质应用型、复合型、创新型人才为主要目标，设有马克思主义学院、劳动关系与人力资源学院、法学院、经济管理学院等多个教学单位，涵盖法学、管理学、经济学、工学、文学、艺术学等多个学科门类。

China University of Labor Relations is an ordinary institution of higher education directly under the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and co-constructed by the All-China Federation of Trade Unions and the Ministry of Education. The predecessor of the university was the Administrative Cadre School of the Jin-Cha-Ji Border Region, which was separated from North China United University in April 1946. After several adjustments and developments, it was upgraded to an undergraduate institution in 2003 and renamed China University of Labor Relations. The university mainly aims to cultivate high-quality applied, compound and innovative talents in the field of labor relations. It has established several teaching units such as the School of Marxism, the School of Labor Relations and Human Resources, the Law School, the School of Economics and Management, covering multiple disciplines including law, management, economics, engineering, literature, and art.

学校坚持以立德树人为根本任务，高度重视教学质量与科研创新，拥有一支结构合理、素质优良的师资队伍。近年来，学校在劳动关系、劳动法律、工会理论与实践等领域的研究成果显著，为国家劳动政策制定、工会工作开展以及企业劳动关系管理提供了重要的智力支持。同时，学校积极开展对外交流与合作，与国内外多所高校、研究机构建立了良好的合作关系，不断提升办学水平和国际影响力。
