CY Cergy Paris University is a public university located in Val-d'Oise, Île-de-France region, France. It was established in 2020 through the merger of the former University of Cergy-Pontoise and institutions such as the École Internationale des Sciences du Traitement de l'Information (EISTI). The university has three main campuses: Site des Chênes in Cergy, Site de Saint-Martin in Pontoise, and Site de Neuville-sur-Oise, situated in the high-tech industrial park in the northwestern suburbs of Paris, approximately 25 kilometers from the city center. With direct 30-minute access to central Paris via RER Line A and Transilien Line L, it is a member of the EUTOPIA European University Alliance. Featuring multidisciplinary comprehensive education, the university comprises academic units including CY Arts and Humanic, CY Education, CY Law and Science Policy, CYTech, and ESSEC Business School, covering humanities, social sciences, science and engineering, education, law, and business.
