长治幼儿师范高等专科学校（简称长治幼专）成立于2020年3月，是经山西省人民政府批准、国家教育部备案的全日制公办幼儿师范高等专科学校，由原长治市教育学院、长治学院师范分院、长治学院沁县师范分院合并组建，晋东南幼儿师范学校实行一体化管理。学校位于长治市潞州区捉马西大街356号，总投资约10.2亿元，占地面积349亩，建筑面积31万平方米，是以培养学前教育师资为主，兼顾艺术教育和社会服务人才培养的师范类专科学校。

Changzhi Preschool Education College (referred to as Changzhi Preschool College) was established in March 2020. It is a full-time public preschool normal college approved by the People's Government of Shanxi Province and registered with the Ministry of Education of the People's Republic of China. It was formed by merging the former Changzhi Institute of Education, Normal Branch of Changzhi University, and Qinxian Normal Branch of Changzhi University, with the Jindongnan Preschool Normal School under integrated management. Located at No. 356 Zhuoma West Street, Luzhou District, Changzhi City, the college has a total investment of approximately 1.02 billion yuan, covering an area of 349 mu and a building area of 310,000 square meters. It is a normal college focusing on cultivating preschool education teachers, while also nurturing talents in art education and social services.

学校现有在编教职工527人，专任教师389人，其中高级职称88人、研究生以上学历151人；全日制在校生5964人，设有学前教育系、早期教育系、音乐系等11个系部，开设学前教育、早期教育、美术教育等30余个专科专业，构建了以幼儿教育为主体，艺术教育和社会服务为两翼的“一体两翼”专业发展格局。学校教学设施完善，拥有藏书63.53万册，各类实训室1000余个，音舞美艺术教育设施充足，2023年学前教育专业被列为山西省职业教育品牌专业。

The college has 527 in-service faculty members, including 389 full-time teachers, among whom 88 hold senior professional titles and 151 have postgraduate degrees or above. It has 5,964 full-time students and 11 departments including the Department of Preschool Education, Department of Early Childhood Education, and Department of Music. It offers over 30 specialized programs such as Preschool Education, Early Childhood Education, and Art Education, forming a "One Body, Two Wings" professional development pattern with preschool education as the main body, and art education and social services as the two wings. The college has well-equipped teaching facilities, including a collection of 635,300 books, more than 1,000 various training rooms, and sufficient art education facilities for music, dance, and fine arts. In 2023, the Preschool Education program was listed as a brand program of vocational education in Shanxi Province.

学校秉承“明德明理、树人树己”的校训，坚持立德树人根本任务，传承原四校百年办学积淀，累计为社会培养输送人才10余万人，其中包括现代小说家赵树理等杰出校友，以及大批扎根基础教育的优秀教师。近年来，学校师生在国家级、省级各类技能竞赛中获奖530余项，学前教育专业专升本达线人数逐年攀升，已发展成为晋东南地区学前教育人才培养的核心基地。

Adhering to the school motto of "Cultivating Virtue and Reason, Nurturing Others and Self", the college adheres to the fundamental task of moral education and inherits the century-old educational heritage of the original four schools. It has cultivated and transported more than 100,000 talents for the society, including outstanding alumni such as modern novelist Zhao Shuli, and a large number of excellent teachers rooted in basic education. In recent years, teachers and students of the college have won more than 530 awards in various national and provincial skill competitions, and the number of students admitted to undergraduate programs from the Preschool Education major has been increasing year by year. The college has developed into a core base for preschool education talent training in the Jindongnan region.
