沧州医学高等专科学校始建于1958年，前身为天津专区医学院，历经多次更名与发展，2004年5月经教育部批准升格为专科学校。学校是医药卫生为主的公办普通高等学校，是中国特色高水平高职学校和专业建设计划（专业群C档）建设单位，先后获得全国文明单位、全国绿化模范单位等荣誉称号。

Cangzhou Medical College was founded in 1958, formerly known as Tianjin Special Zone Medical College. After several renamings and developments, it was upgraded to a junior college with the approval of the Ministry of Education in May 2004. It is a public ordinary higher education institution focusing on medicine and health, and a construction unit of China's high-level vocational schools and professional construction plan (professional group C). It has successively won honors such as National Civilized Unit and National Greening Model Unit.

学校占地面积1020亩，建筑面积40万余平方米，实验实训室218个，教学科研仪器设备总值1.4亿元。开设临床医学、护理、口腔医学等25个专科专业，其中临床医学、护理专业为全国职业院校健康服务类示范专业点，拥有直属三级甲等附属医院1所，教学医院44所，实习就业基地150余个。

The college covers an area of 1020 mu, with a building area of more than 400,000 square meters, 218 experimental training rooms, and the total value of teaching and research instruments and equipment is 140 million yuan. It offers 25 specialized majors such as Clinical Medicine, Nursing, and Stomatology. Among them, Clinical Medicine and Nursing are national demonstration professional points for health services in vocational colleges. It has 1 directly affiliated tertiary first-class hospital, 44 teaching hospitals, and more than 150 internship and employment bases.
