福建农林大学金山学院是2006年经教育部批准成立的全日制本科层次独立学院，位于福建省福州市，是福建省普通本科高校向应用型转变试点高校。学院依托福建农林大学优质教育资源，共享其80多年办学历史积淀的校园文化，现有6系1院，涵盖工、经、管、文、艺、农6大学科门类29个本科专业，面向全国16个省（市、自治区）招生，在校生10011人。

Jinshan College of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University is a full-time undergraduate independent college approved by the Ministry of Education in 2006. Located in Fuzhou, Fujian Province, it is a pilot university for transforming to application-oriented universities in Fujian. Relying on the high-quality educational resources of Fujian Agriculture and Forestry University and sharing its campus culture accumulated over 80 years of running, the college has 6 departments and 1 school, covering 29 undergraduate majors in 6 disciplines including engineering, economics, management, literature, art, and agriculture. It enrolls students from 16 provinces (municipalities and autonomous regions) across the country, with 10,011 students.

学院占地面积720亩，建筑面积约24万平方米，校园环境优雅、设施完备，拥有现代化的教学、实验、生活及运动设施。学院实施校企合作发展战略，深化教育教学改革，现有省级以上教育教学改革项目569个，包括教育部新农科研究与改革实践项目、省级一流本科专业建设点7个等，积极推动校企深度合作，签订各类实践教学基地230余家。

The college covers an area of 720 mu (about 480,000 square meters) with a building area of approximately 240,000 square meters. It has an elegant campus environment and complete facilities, including modern teaching, experimental, living, and sports facilities. The college implements a school-enterprise cooperation development strategy and deepens education and teaching reform. It currently has 569 education and teaching reform projects at or above the provincial level, including the Ministry of Education's new agricultural research and reform practice projects and 7 provincial-level first-class undergraduate major construction sites. It actively promotes in-depth school-enterprise cooperation and has signed more than 230 various practical teaching bases.
