福建技术师范学院（Fujian Polytechnic Normal University）是经教育部批准、福建省人民政府举办的公办本科高校，前身为1977年创办的福建师范大学福清分校，2019年正式独立设置。学校坐落于福建东部沿海著名侨乡福清市，现有五马山、石竹山两个校区，校园占地近1200亩，是福建省唯一一所定位培养职教师资的本科院校，入选福建省一流应用型建设培育高校。

Fujian Polytechnic Normal University is a public undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education and sponsored by the Fujian Provincial People's Government. Its predecessor was the Fuqing Campus of Fujian Normal University founded in 1977, and it was officially established as an independent university in 2019. Located in Fuqing City, a renowned overseas Chinese hometown on the eastern coast of Fujian, the university has two campuses (Wumashan and Shizhushan) covering nearly 1,200 mu. It is the only undergraduate institution in Fujian Province dedicated to cultivating vocational education teachers and has been selected as a cultivation university for Fujian's first-class applied disciplines construction.

学校以培养高素质应用型、技术技能型人才为核心，设有13个二级学院、42个本科专业，涵盖文、理、工、教、经、管、艺等8大学科门类。现有全日制在校生超12000人，专任教师700余人，其中博士学位教师近300人，高级职称教师占比超40%，拥有国家“万人计划”领军人才等省部级以上高层次人才。包装工程专业位列2024中国应用型大学专业排名全国第一，食品科学与工程、材料科学与工程等学科形成特色优势。

The university focuses on cultivating high-quality applied and technical talents, with 13 secondary colleges and 42 undergraduate programs covering 8 disciplines including arts, science, engineering, education, economics, management, and art. It has over 12,000 full-time students and more than 700 full-time teachers, among whom nearly 300 hold doctoral degrees and over 40% have senior professional titles. The faculty includes high-level talents at or above the provincial and ministerial level such as national "Ten Thousand Talents Program" leading talents. Its Packaging Engineering major ranked first in China in the 2024 Ranking of Applied University Majors, with Food Science and Engineering, Materials Science and Engineering forming distinctive disciplinary strengths.

作为福建省职业教育教师发展联盟牵头单位，学校建有10所中职附属校和21所基地校，设立福建省职教师资培训中心，年均培训教师超万人次。依托“中印尼两国双园”战略平台，与30多个国家和地区高校建立合作，印尼研究院、黄檗文化与海上丝绸之路研究院等机构成为区域文化交流重要窗口。近五年毕业生就业率保持98%以上，连续获评福建省文明校园。

As the leading unit of Fujian Vocational Education Teachers Development Alliance, the university has established 10 affiliated secondary vocational schools and 21 base schools, and set up Fujian Vocational Education Teachers Training Center with an annual training of over 10,000 teachers. Leveraging the "China-Indonesia Dual Park" strategic platform, it has established cooperation with universities in more than 30 countries and regions. Institutions such as the Indonesia Research Institute and the Huangbo Culture and Maritime Silk Road Research Institute have become important windows for regional cultural exchanges. With an employment rate of over 98% for graduates in recent five years, it has been consecutively awarded the title of Fujian Civilized Campus.
