抚顺师范高等专科学校坐落于辽宁省抚顺市，是一所公办师范类专科（高职）院校，创建于1978年，主管部门为辽宁省。学校位于沈抚新区旺力街，地处东北振兴一带五基地发展核心区域，占地面积740亩，建筑面积17.2万平方米，是融外观设计现代化、内部设施智能化、园林景观生态化的创新型校园。作为辽宁省高等职业教育改革发展示范校，学校拥有中央财政支持的职业教育实训基地及石油和化工行业职业教育与培训全国示范性实训基地，在做强师范教育的同时，依托区域产业集群大力开展高等职业教育，与40多家规模企业开展深层次校企合作，培养适应社会发展需求的高素质技术技能人才。

Fushun Normal College is a public teacher training college (higher vocational) located in Fushun City, Liaoning Province. Founded in 1978, it is under the supervision of Liaoning Provincial Government. Situated on Wangli Street in Shenfu New Area, the college lies in the core development zone of Northeast China's revitalization strategy. Covering an area of 740 mu (about 493,333 square meters) with a building area of 172,000 square meters, it is an innovative campus featuring modern exterior design, intelligent internal facilities, and ecological landscape. As a model higher vocational education reform and development institution in Liaoning Province, the college boasts vocational education training bases supported by the central finance and a national demonstration training base for vocational education and training in the petroleum and chemical industry. While strengthening teacher education, it vigorously develops higher vocational education relying on regional industrial clusters and carries out in-depth school-enterprise cooperation with over 40 large-scale enterprises to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents meeting social development needs.

学校教学、实训设施完善，拥有数字化图书馆、100多个现代化校内实验室和实训基地、150多个校外实训基地，可开展50个工种的职业技能鉴定工作。共设14个教学系部，43个招生专业，涵盖师范教育、石油化工、高端装备制造、环保设备、生物科技、现代服务业等多个领域。现有省级教学团队7个，国家级专业建设带头人2人，省级专业建设带头人5人，全国优秀教师2人，省级教学名师3人，形成了一支以博士和硕士为骨干、以双师素质教师为主体的教师队伍。学校注重国际交流合作，与韩国、日本等国家的多所大学建立友好合作关系，毕业生就业率稳定在95%以上，连续多年荣获辽宁省文明学校、职业教育先进单位等荣誉称号。

The college has well-equipped teaching and training facilities, including a digital library, over 100 modern on-campus laboratories and training bases, and more than 150 off-campus training bases, capable of conducting vocational skill appraisals for 50 types of work. It has 14 teaching departments and 43 enrollment majors, covering teacher education, petrochemical engineering, high-end equipment manufacturing, environmental protection equipment, biotechnology, modern service industry and other fields. There are 7 provincial-level teaching teams, 2 national-level professional construction leaders, 5 provincial-level professional construction leaders, 2 national excellent teachers, and 3 provincial-level teaching masters, forming a teaching team with doctors and masters as the backbone and double-qualified teachers as the main body. The college attaches importance to international exchanges and cooperation, having established friendly cooperative relations with many universities in South Korea, Japan and other countries. The employment rate of graduates has remained above 95% and it has been awarded the honorary titles of Liaoning Provincial Civilized School and Advanced Unit of Vocational Education for many years.
