福州科技职业技术学院创建于2001年，是经福建省人民政府批准、教育部备案的非营利性全日制民办普通高等职业院校，面向全国统一招生，学制三年，专科层次，培养适应国家经济发展和社会需求的高素质技术技能人才。学院设有5个系20个专业，涵盖九个专业大类，专业设置均面向海西经济区建设，服务社会与企业发展。

Fuzhou Vocational and Technical College of Science and Technology was founded in 2001. It is a non-profit full-time private higher vocational college approved by the People's Government of Fujian Province and registered with the Ministry of Education. The college enrolls students nationwide with a three-year academic system at the junior college level, aiming to cultivate high-quality technical and skilled talents to meet national economic and social development needs. It has 5 departments and 20 majors covering nine professional categories, all designed to serve the construction of the海西 Economic Zone and meet social and enterprise development needs.
