福州黎明职业技术学院是由福建省黎明企业集团公司投资兴办，经福建省人民政府批准设立、国家教育部备案的全日制民办普通高等学校，2004年开始面向省内外招生。学院现拥有福屿和地球村两个校区，校园占地面积500多亩，在校生近7700人，教师总数近400人，各类教学、图书、文化体育场馆及生活设施齐全。

Fuzhou Liming Vocational and Technical College is a full-time private ordinary higher education institution invested by Fujian Liming Enterprise Group Co., Ltd., approved by the People's Government of Fujian Province and registered with the Ministry of Education. It has enrolled students from inside and outside the province since 2004. The college currently has two campuses, Fuyu and Diqiucun, covering an area of more than 500 mu, with nearly 7,700 students and nearly 400 teachers. Various teaching, library, cultural and sports venues and living facilities are complete.

学院践行“教书育人黎明模式”，一手抓爱的教育，一手抓实践教学。“爱的教育”入选福建省大学生思想政治教育创新示范项目及高校思想政治工作精品项目；在全国、全省职业技能大赛中获奖超400项，其中国赛25金30银29铜，拥有省级示范专业3个、生产性实训基地1个及高水平专业化产教融合实训基地1个，先后荣获全国教育创新示范单位、中国特色教育建设先进院校等称号。

The college practices the "Liming Model of Teaching and Educating People", focusing on both "education of love" and practical teaching. "Education of love" has been selected into Fujian Province's innovative demonstration projects for college students' ideological and political education and excellent projects for college ideological and political work. It has won more than 400 awards in national and provincial vocational skills competitions, including 25 gold, 30 silver and 29 bronze medals in national competitions. It has 3 provincial demonstration majors, 1 productive training base and 1 high-level professional industry-education integration training base, and has been awarded titles such as National Education Innovation Demonstration Unit and Advanced College for China's Characteristic Education Construction.
