福州大学至诚学院是经国家教育部批准，于2003年7月由国家“双一流”建设高校、国家“211工程”重点建设大学福州大学为主体举办，并按新机制、新模式运作，实施全日制本科学历教育的高等学校。学院位于福建省福州市鼓楼区，办学地址为福州大学怡山校区，以工为主，涵盖理、工、经、管、文、艺等多学科，致力于培养应用型综合性人才。

Fuzhou University Zhicheng College is a full-time undergraduate institution approved by the Ministry of Education in July 2003. Sponsored by Fuzhou University, a national "Double First-Class" and "211 Project" key university, it operates under a new mechanism and model. Located in Gulou District, Fuzhou City, Fujian Province, the college is situated on the Yishan Campus of Fuzhou University, focusing on engineering while integrating multiple disciplines including science, economics, management, liberal arts, and arts to cultivate applied and comprehensive talents.

学院遵循“明德博学，臻于至善”的院训精神，现有17个教学单位、44个本科专业，在校生规模近14000人。拥有省级一流本科专业6个、省级应用型学科3个，构建了“双师双能型”师资队伍，注重科研创新与校企合作，与美、德、加等多国高校开展学分互认及联合培养项目，毕业生平均就业率达96%以上。

It boasts 6 provincial first-class undergraduate programs and 3 provincial applied disciplines, establishing a "Double-Qualified and Double-Competent" faculty team.
