广东外语外贸大学是一所具有鲜明国际化特色的广东省属重点大学，是华南地区国际化人才培养和外国语言文化、对外经济贸易、国际战略研究的重要基地。学校地处中国改革开放的前沿阵地——广州，现有白云山校区、大学城校区和知识城校区三个校区，总面积2442亩。

Guangdong University of Foreign Studies (GDUFS) is a key provincial university in Guangdong Province with distinct international characteristics. It is an important base in South China for cultivating international talents and conducting research on foreign languages and cultures, international economy and trade, and international strategies. Located in Guangzhou, the forefront of China's reform and opening up, the university has three campuses: Baiyunshan Campus, University Town Campus, and Knowledge City Campus, covering a total area of 2442 mu.

学校学科门类齐全，形成了外语学科与非外语学科相互支撑、协调发展的办学格局。现有61个本科专业，涵盖文学、经济学、管理学、法学、工学、理学、教育学、艺术学八大学科门类。其中，外国语言文学学科入选国家“双一流”建设学科，英语、法语、国际贸易等专业为国家级一流本科专业建设点。

The university has a complete range of disciplines, forming a school-running pattern where foreign language disciplines and non-foreign language disciplines support and develop coordinately. Currently, it offers 61 undergraduate majors, covering eight disciplines: literature, economics, management, law, engineering, science, education, and art. Among them, the discipline of Foreign Language and Literature has been selected as a national "Double First-Class" construction discipline, and majors such as English, French, and International Trade are national first-class undergraduate major construction sites.

学校师资力量雄厚，拥有一支结构合理、素质优良的教师队伍，其中不乏国家级教学名师、“长江学者”特聘教授等高层次人才。学校积极开展国际交流与合作，与全球50多个国家和地区的400多所大学和学术机构建立了合作关系，是教育部批准的首批开设全英授课本科专业的高校之一，国际化人才培养特色鲜明。

The university has a strong faculty, with a well-structured and high-quality teaching team, including national-level teaching masters, "Changjiang Scholars" distinguished professors and other high-level talents. It actively carries out international exchanges and cooperation, having established cooperative relations with more than 400 universities and academic institutions in over 50 countries and regions around the world. It is one of the first universities approved by the Ministry of Education to offer undergraduate programs taught entirely in English, with distinct characteristics in international talent cultivation.
