桂林山水职业学院是2003年经广西壮族自治区人民政府批准、教育部备案的全日制民办普通高等职业院校，位于山水甲天下的桂林市临桂新区，校园周边交通便利，毗邻市政府、中央公园及文化场馆，是理想的求学之地。学院以"立德树人"为根本任务，秉持"铭志修德、砺能善技"校训，专注培养面向生产、建设、管理、服务一线的高素质技术技能人才，形成了以信息技术、艺术设计、财经商贸、旅游管理等为特色的专业群，现有9个二级教学单位及35个专业，同时建有产教融合基地与产业学院，深化校企合作与实践教学。

Guilin Landscape Vocational College, approved by the People's Government of Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and registered with the Ministry of Education in 2003, is a full-time private higher vocational college located in the new Lingui District of Guilin, renowned as "the most beautiful scenery under heaven". The campus enjoys convenient transportation and is adjacent to the municipal government, Central Park, and cultural venues, making it an ideal place for study. With "moral education" as its fundamental mission and the motto "Aspiration, Virtue, Skill, and Craftsmanship", the college focuses on cultivating high-quality technical talents for frontline production, construction, management, and service sectors. It has formed distinctive professional clusters in information technology, art design, finance and business, tourism management, etc., with 9 secondary teaching units and 35 majors. 学院重视师资队伍建设，现有专任教师中双师型素质教师占比超50%，并推行"学历证书+职业技能证书"双证制教学，学生职业资格证书通过率持续高于区域平均水平。近年来，学院获批各级各类科研项目74项，主编多部职业教育专著并获省级社科成果奖，办学质量获教育部人才培养工作评估合格认证，致力于成为服务区域经济发展的高素质技能人才培养基地。

The college attaches great importance to faculty development, with over 50% of full-time teachers possessing "double-qualified" qualifications (professional expertise + teaching ability). It implements a dual-certificate system (academic certificate + vocational skill certificate), and the pass rate of students' vocational qualification certificates consistently exceeds the regional average. In recent years, the college has obtained 74 scientific research projects at various levels, edited multiple vocational education monographs, and won provincial social science achievement awards. Its educational quality has passed the talent training evaluation by the Ministry of Education, striving to become a high-quality technical talent training base serving regional economic development.
