广东省外语艺术职业学院是广东省人民政府举办的全日制普通高等职业院校，创办于2001年12月，前身是1978年创办的广东外国语师范学校和1983年创办的广东艺术师范学校。2021年，经广东省人民政府批准，广东省民政职业技术学校、广东省对外贸易职业技术学校和广东省贸易职业技术学校通过集团办学并入，形成了新的办学格局。学校是广东省示范性高等职业院校、广东省省域高水平高等职业院校建设计划建设单位，秉承“学贯中西、德艺双馨”的校训，致力于培养教育、文化艺术、商务服务等领域的高素质技术技能人才。

Guangdong University of Foreign Studies and Arts is a full-time public higher vocational college sponsored by the People's Government of Guangdong Province. Founded in December 2001, its predecessors are Guangdong Foreign Language Normal School (established in 1978) and Guangdong Art Normal School (established in 1983). In 2021, with the approval of the People's Government of Guangdong Province, Guangdong Civil Affairs Vocational and Technical School, Guangdong Foreign Trade Vocational and Technical School, and Guangdong Trade Vocational and Technical School were merged into the university through group-run education, forming a new school-running pattern. As a demonstrative higher vocational college in Guangdong Province and a construction unit of the provincial high-level higher vocational college construction plan, the university adheres to the school motto of "Integration of Chinese and Western Learning, Virtue and Art" and is committed to cultivating high-quality technical and skilled talents in the fields of education, culture and art, and business services.

学校现有五山、燕岭、海珠、龙洞、天平架和花都六个校区，校园总面积648.41亩，校舍建筑面积36.31万平方米。设有12个二级学院及多个教学机构，开设52个高职招生专业，形成了外语、艺术、教育、商贸等特色鲜明的专业群。拥有国家级精品资源共享课6门、国家精品课程2门，获得职业教育国家级教学成果奖等多项荣誉，办学条件优良，师资力量雄厚，为学生提供优质的职业教育资源。

The university currently has six campuses: Wushan, Yanling, Haizhu, Longdong, Tianpingjia and Huadu, covering a total area of 648.41 mu with a school building area of 363,100 square meters. It has 12 secondary colleges and multiple teaching institutions, offering 52 higher vocational enrollment majors, forming distinctive professional groups such as foreign languages, art, education, and commerce. The university has 6 national excellent resource sharing courses, 2 national excellent courses, and has won many honors such as the National Teaching Achievement Award in Vocational Education.
